“I ordered the item on monday morning and paid £6.99 for.next day delivery and my item arrived thursday afternoon! This was for my 7yr olds first overnight school trip and was needed for thursday morning so i had to drag my 6 month old around the shops in the snow to buy another one. Please refund my account. Thankyou”

“Charged for next day delivery but delivery late- sent email and got NO RESPONSE! They obviously do not instigate any corrective action following poor reviews and have no regard for their customers after payment has been received.”

“Delivery not arrived after more than a week. No customer service contact number to find out why. Have sent two emails without response. I needed the items for a holiday starting on Saturday.
