“Good service my only small criticism is that the delivery to Sports Direct shop (my choice) is taking time. Otherwise excellent.”

“Ordered my items at 8pm on the friday and it was delivered monday morning (great). Why does it take so long to get it delivered to a shop if i wanted to collect it from there? The waterproof jacket was obviously 2nd hand but "as new" due to the fact there was dried mud and some loose change in the pocket and also dried mud on the outside of the jacket too (not so great).”

“Ordered, paid postage £4.99, 11 days later still no parcel from yodel (their company). Emailed Field & Trek, said parcel had been despatched - no help whatsoever. Note from Royal Mail stating there was a parcel at their sorting office which could not be delivered as there was postage to pay! Had to pay another £6.40 to get my package!!! Emailed Field & Trek on my return home ........... surprise surprise, still waiting for a reply. Will never deal with this comany again. Goods arrived after they were needed. Another top class Mike Ashley company!!!”

“Delivery on time but I wouldn't use online order again as postage was £4:99 and same postage for a return. Goods value £29:00 but £10:00 extra for goods which were not suitable. A costly mistake!!!!”

“I have always been extremely impressed with the quality of goods bought from Field and Trek; visiting the Fort William store in a state of desparation having ripped my trousers with poor cramponing technique, I was equally impressed with the friendly and helpful service provided first thing in the morning, and got re-attired in no time with a great pair of threads! With the sale on, this was the last pair in stock but I got another pair on-line later.”
