“To whom it may concern , I just wanted to say thank you especially to Christopher at customer services for helping me with replacing a pair of walking boots I bought for my son from field and trek , he had only worn them a few times and the stitching on the side had come undone therefore not making them waterproof , he helped me send them back and within a week a new pair arrived . I have bought lots of things from field and trek and I'm very happy with them !! Kind regards”

“Still waiting on delivery of the item I ordered. I asked for it to be delivered to my local Sports Direct Shop and paid the delivery fee of over £5 for this. At this delivery charge I expect fast delivery and most other on-line stores give a quick service for this amount of money. Very disappointed and this will affect whether I order from you in the future.”

“I have no problem with the ordering and the delivery however the shoes were to tight and wanted to speak to a person and ask a question and re-order. You obviously don't want to speak to people as you do not give a telephone number therefore I have no alternative to return the goods and ask for a refund. I also tried contacting Sport Direct to see if I could return the shoes to them to save on postage, I tried two stores all the phone numbers were cut off, not a very customer friendly experience. “I entered the wrong delivery address due to the confusing address auto-complete. I sent an e-mail to customer services but never received a reply. I then rang after a google search to look for a phone number that is not advertised on the website. The person told me the item had been despatched but did absolutely nothing to contact the delivery firm. The delivery firm attempted delivery to the incorrect address until I contacted them directly to re-arrange the delivery address. A truly appalling service from Field & Trek!”

“Extremely poor company!! I would avoid at all costs. I bought a pair of North Face trousers, size XL. When they arrived they were a 34inch waist which the North Face site states is a medium. Field and Trek simply tried sticking a label over the manufacturers sizing. Disgusting, dishonest behaviour! I now have to wait up to 2 weeks for them to process the return!”

“Item arrived and of good quality but slightly miffed that paid extra for express delivery on Monday when I was around and the item did not arrive until Tuesday. Why charge extra if the promise of delivery is not met.”

“Very impressed with Field and Trek. The item I ordered was keenly priced and just what I had been lookin for. From beginning to end, the website was easy to use, with no hidden 'extras' to suddenly appear at the checkout stage. Good communication, speedy despatch and good packaging. Will order from them again.”
