“I really like fieldandtrek.com but I find the shipping costs quite expensive so I tend to only order when I buy several products. Sometime you have specials and you can get a t-shirt for £7 or a Campri thermal base layer for £5 but then you always have to pay £4 shipping irrespective of the weight of the item you are buying, whereas amazon and ebay often throw in free shipping with items, particularly very light items. I would rather receive items via Royal Mail and pay less for shipping. Thanks”

“Loved my items i ordered , my only frustration is that it's delivered by yodel and they dont give you a time delivery slot like other companies which meant I stayed in all day waiting when I got an e mail to say it was on its way... Grrr. Surely this could be improved in in this modern era?”

“Yodel have tried to deliver 3 times despite me giving instructions to leave my package with a near neighbour. It appears that the courier does not try very hard to satisfy the customer. Still awaiting my goods. Not a great experience at all.”

“Dreadful experience,i ordered four items only 3 turned up and none of them fit.Cost me £3.99 to have delivered even though the advert you sent said free delivery if i spent over £50 and then cost nearly £13 to return.Will not use again.”
