“Promo code worked but then I got charged full price. Two right shoes sent with no customer service offered to sort the problem. No telephone number to phone customer services.”

“The product was exactly as expected, but the delivery firm you choose to use is very unreliable. I paid the standard postage for delivery, but the item was not delivered despite a text from the company informing me it would be, someone was in the house all day, no card was left, just a text telling me ' sorry we missed you'. I could not arrange someone to be home all day again, they would not leave the parcel without a signature, so I had just over a 50 mile round trip to collect the parcel. This firm is unreliable as the same thing happened with another order with another company. For this reason I will not be ordering from your company again. Had you indicated that Yodel was the delivery firm, not Royal Mail or DPD (who will leave parcels in a designated place), I would not have ordered as it has proved problematic in the past. I cannot be your only customer who has experienced problems with this firm. For this reason I have to give a low rating - although the item ordered is not the issue.”

“I am disappointed in the Customer Service i have received from you as i ordered my goods on Friday 9th January 2015. My order was sent to your courier Yodel on the 10th January 2015. They apparently tried to deliver my parcel on Saturday 10th and Monday 12th but on both of these said occasions they didn't leave a card. I contacted you and yodel to which you gave me my tracking number which i already had and Yodel promised they would deliver on Tuesday 13th Jan. I gave them 2 different numbers to contact me on and waiting at home once more. Still no delivery and no phone calls. I now have to travel 86miles tomorrow to collect this order. Regards Simon”

“My tee shirts should have arrived on Monday. I paid 3.99 which is a lot for a small parcel like that. Yodel have now got it in there Wednesbury depot rather that Southampton where they promised it would get to yesterday. This is a farce. First it went to Bristol on Saturday. I would would like a refund of my delievery charges, and you should ask Yodel for the same.”

“I have returned my gloves twice to the Ambelside store once for the security tag being attached and secondly for a defect in the inner over Christmas. They had no more of the same size and suggested I buy online. I paid £39.99 in the sale for these gloves. They never offered any recompense for my extra journeys. I order online and received my gloves and found a sales label for £30 which annoyed me. I queried this immediately and received an e mail stating contract law and the price was fixed at time of sale from someone called Izabella. She also said there had been some in store sales. I bought my original gloves at £39.99 in the sale. They were £39.99 online. I think it was a brush off from her and feel cheated by field and trac. Not only did I pay post and packaging, I lost 2 lots of petrol and the gloves were £ 9.99 less according to the sale label. Think I ended up paying full price!!!!”

“Both products (boots and a top,....Christmas presents for my wife) were fine,....as expected, but the boots ....on offer ....apparently..from £135 to £110 arrived with £98 on the box,......when I e mailed in a fun friendly way asking for a seasonal goodwill way ...er...£12 .....difference?....I was told that's what they HAD been in the shop ....it's not the same on line!.....not very good public relations!....I e mailed again politely suggesting my surprise and my P R comment ........no reply! ..........very disappointed with them as a company!”

“I ordered two shirts (XXL size); nowhere on the ad did it mention 'slim fit'. The shirts arrived, they don't fit and I am extremely annoyed. If you had a phone number that the public could call I would have telephoned you before now. It's a very unusual company that doesn't tell the public its phone number.
