“Field and Trek pricing policy for certain items is sometimes unnaturally lower than other sites (which is brilliant) depending on the product you want. Which usually for me is quite specific, wet weather gear and cycle accessories. Delivery turnaround is excellent. Never had a problem with anything. Everything is a branded item, quality assured. Thoroughly recommended. Cheers.”

“My order was delayed by some days. You were u contactable and after more than a dozen phone calls I was told that you had "technical problems". When I did manage to speak to someone from the parent company HQ I was pushed from pillar to post with no one taking responsibility for the problem and told they did not know why I had not been given a tracking code. It was a shambolic episode not helped by equally ineffective and robotic staff from Yodel.”
