“Great stuff, interesting offers and good prices”

“Despite being told that I would be informed when the order was on its way, the first I knew was an email from Yodel around 8a.m. on the morning of the intended delivery to say it would be delivered that day. As I had already made plans to go out shortly thereafter, I got home to find a note telling me that the delivery was unsuccessful. Meanwhile, shortly after the above email an email arrived from Field & Trek telling me the order had been despatched from Field & Trek! Why wasn't that email sent on the day of despatch and not a couple of days later, the very day it was to be delivered? The delivery was made successfully the following day. It is pointless emailing out of the blue only a few hours before the intended delivery time because, like me, there can be no guarantee that someone will be there to receive it. You need to greatly improve your communications with customers, informing them at least a day or two in advance of the intended delivery date.”

“I had seen online that you had the best price for Brasher Supalite boots so telephoned your store at Rowsley to ask if you had them in stock. There was no reply so decided to drive over (approximately 30 miles). Naturally I was very disappointed that the store did not have the boots in stock but asked if they could arrange for a pair to be sent to me. I was told I would have to order online and I asked about delivery charges. The member of staff could not tell me what the charge would be but I mentioned that the John Lewis policy is to send free of charge to a customer any item that they cannot supply from stock at the store. This was met with disinterest! However, as your price was so competitive I decided to order online and suffer the delivery charge! I ordered the boots on Saturday evening and they were delivered sometime on Tuesday (left on front door step). So top marks for speed of delivery!”

“I was happy with the quick delivery. Unfortunately one item was not suitable an the other a bit small so had to return and now waiting on a refund for 1 item and an exchange for other. I was not happy with the cost of the return £8 !!”

“Super Dooper quick Delivery time a day early. I got a bargain with purchasing some boots and a hat for £28!!!!!! What a price!!! Even the tightest of people would not man at this deal. Very happy. Thankyou. Very Very highly recommended indeed.”

“I have used Field and Trek on many occasions now, the only issue I have had is, on my last order, I was unable to use the discount code sent via the newsletter as there was nowhere to input it during the checkout stage. Other than that price and products are excellent, and I will continue to use you in the future.”

“Slightly slower delivery than other companies but still perfectly acceptable. Products all as described and OK. Big problem was the disgusting lump of chewing gum stuck to the top of one of the shoe boxes. Can only assume it was dropped by the picker as surely if the picker noticed it they would have removed it before shipping.”

“Sizes are a bit strange. My current Karrimor walking shoes are a size 5 with plenty of room. Bought Karrimor trainers and walking shoes both in a size 5.5 and neither fitted particularly the walking shoes and disappointed I have had to pay to send back for larger sizes when not my fault at all. They charges for returning them mean they were not such good value for money! A real shame”

“Ordered some Asolo boots but arrived damaged (there was a 3 inch knife cut through the material). Would have thought the items would have been checked before being dispatched. I have returned the boots and hopefully they can be exchanged.”

“Karrimore Duma running shoes size 42 black and white Only worn them a couple of times so far so good bought because I liked the styling more than for running. Left foot seems a little bit tight but I am sure will be fine with use . Good quick delivery from company but didn't know was part of Sports Direct chain? no wonder the price was so keen! Overall seems to be a good product for a good price Thanks I would buy again”
