“This was my first time to buy online (I have bought instore in the past) from Field & Trek and I must say I found their service fantastic. Their website is very clear and easy to use. The items I wanted were very competitively priced and they had what I wanted in stock. The do charge for delivery (even though the items I bought came to nearly £100) and I paid an extra £2.00 for next working delivery. Their delivery system is the best I have experienced. Emails and texts kept me informed of the status of my order every step of the way and I received a text from the courier very early on the delivery day giving me a 3 hour delivery slot and also his mobile number. i was able to speak with the delivery driver who was very helpful and delivered within the time slot I had been give. All in all, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you”

“Goods arrived quickly but they were badly packed in torn internal packaging that looked as if they'd been picked up from a corner of the warehouse floor and put into second hand, torn platic wrappers. Sloppy and shabby. Not impressed and probably will not buy from them again”

“Beware of the bargains! I went to the F&T site last week to pick up some cheap sandals for my hols, but got tempted by other things, and came away with said sandals, plus some for my daughter, a waterproof (eVent) jacket and some gore-tex trainers. I'm really pleased with the quality all items, particularly the jacket which felt like a bit of a gamble on my part. Delivery was faster than expected, so apart from spending much more than I had originally intended, I couldn't be more pleased really!”

“Mostly Good service from Field and trek. Misleading message from yodel told me my parcel had been delivered on Saturday morning when it had not. This was annoying as during the weekend I tried to find out what had happened to the parcel . There is no way to phone yodel, and my email to you was answered with a message to look at tracking. Tracking told me the parcel had been delivered., so that was no help at all. No way to contact yodel. Parcel was delivered on Monday morning, so everything ok now, but the system did not work well and I wasted time trying to find the parcel.”

“Just purchased a pair of Karrimor Summit shoes, 1x size too large but they are still too narrow for my feet (and I have narrow feet) , I think you should offer clear advise on the purchasing site if shoes such as these differ from normal sizing characteristics. I will now need to return them at my own expense. Regards Richard”
