“Excellent service and fast delivery. Just one area for improvement would be the tracking. After a few days of ordering I received an email saying the order had been received and the sandals were delivered the next day!”

“Unfortunately your size chart is completely wrong. I ordered an XL as the size chart says this is 46-48" for the chest. I am a 44" chest so expected the goods to fit. They didn't so I have had to return them to be replaced with XXL. I also had to pay the return postage to do this. This is not right. Your size chart needs to be reviewed urgently.”

“The package arrived pretty swiftly using standard delivery. The shoes initially worn indoors to check comfort and only in dry weather so far but will be tested on the next lot of wet weather. So far so good, broadish fit, generally comfortable with good protection for the foot but this comes with a trade off of being quite heavy. Overall I'm satisfied at this price point (just over £30 for event lined shoe - seems very good value)”

“I ordered a pair of shoes after getting a promotiona email offering extra 10%off. Ordered online but was not given box to enter code it just took full payment. I complained but nothing was done - not even any future offer - complete rip off and will never buy from field and trek again.”

“Ordered a pair of walking boots ordering easy, delivery quick { yodel ] when trying on found the boots were odd sizes one 9.5 one 10 had to send them back postage was £5.45 hope they refund postage as error their fault. some companys have collection points which are free of charge.”

“I have ordered quiet a few orders and items from "Field & trek" every order i have placed has been sent out within 24 hrs and I like how you get regular feed back to what process your order is at. The company has a none quibble returns policy ,I ordered the wrong size they exchanged ,No Probs. The only criticism I do have is the delivery time and cost. if you order standard delivery its £4.99 3-5 days if you have the next day its £6.99 . Other than that a excellent Company to deal, a wide variety of items and stock to be out in the Fiend and Trek and that's why I keep going back .”
