“Appalling customer service. I've emailed with my problem only to have a standard answer email back, the customer service lady Katrina obviously didn't read what my problem was! I have replied to that email and not heard anything back! There is no phone numbers to talk to someone, this is very frustrating and totally unacceptable I will never use sports direct companies again”

“I received the wrong size order 4.5 as per the website size 4 came. No time to return needed them for my hoiday, so put up with the smaller size. Paid for next day delivery which was good”

“I BOUGHT ONE OF THESE REGATTA JACKETS EARLY LAST YEAR AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED, SO WHEN THEY WERE OFFERED THEM AGAIN AT A BRILLIANT PRICE, I HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER ONE. IT HAS BEEN USED IN ALL WEATHERS MOST DAYS WHEN WALKING MY TWO BORDER COLLIES AND HAS BEEN JUST THE JOB. IT IS ONLY NOW THAT IT THAT NEEDS REPROOFING BUT OTHERWISE, LOOKS AS GOOD AS NEW. “Unfortunately I have not received my goods, despite the fact that the courier left a delivery note telling me it was with a neighbour. After checking the entire neighbourhood I then checked online to see the parcel was in fact at the depot. Had I realised you used Yodel as the courier service I would never have order the product.”

“Ordered 3 products. Sandals and trousers fine. Ordered a size 18 Gelert coat which was very small for the size (I'm normally between a 16 and 18) so needed to return it. Bit disappointed that there was no provision to return by courier - as it was delivered - but recommended to return by royal mail 'registered post' which is costly and inconvenient.”
