“I purchased a tie online from your store. It was considerably better value than the same tie I had seen in a local shop. The tie was delivered quickly and the customer service was excellent with clear concise emails throughout the dispatch and delivery. I would use your online store again.”

“I ordered a pair of trousers on thursday 25th for delivery on friday but they did not arrive tried to find out on the computer but was not supplied with the delivery number,so could not check on the delivery, i am typing this message on Monday at 9-45 and they have not arrived yet.”

Our courier sent an email at 9.52am today to confirm their intended delivery time and have since successfully delivered your order. “Excellent service with good e-mail correspondence regarding order details through to delivery information. Free tracked next day delivery on orders over £75.00. Would recommend this business and would defiantly use them again.”

“I made an order solely because I had been given a £50 discount because of poor service in the past. I got the obligatory text/ emails the day before stating that my purchase had been despatched. I was expecting a text on the morning of delivery to inform me of my 1 hour delivery slot. I actually got a text at 9.40am saying that as the courier company hadn't received the package from Fields despite paying for next day delivery it was unable to deliver. I rung Fields who assured me it was due for delivery that afternoon. I then received an email from courier reiterating that delivery couldn't happen. I have now changed delivery to the next day. Shame no one from Fields know what's going on and have a funny way of trying to win back my custom”

“Order number 6066 (WEB 6066) I ordered on 12/02/16 by phone with your Adam Brown and immediately emailed you when you had got my name spelt incorrectly as was my address....more importantly the addressee was also incorrect. . I emailed again on same day to put matter on hold and asked that someone ring be back to ensure the package was correctly addressed...to date no one from your company has been in contact Martin Bridgford my phone number is. 01565 873158”

“Ordered before 3 received next day and delivery time slot given spoke on the phone to them very helpful and a quality pair of shoes a bit slippery as all leather a rubber sole will be a job for my local cobbler”
