“I am a very large man and have obtained suits from them before but this time I was humiliated and embarrassed by the sales assistant , very upsetting for a company that advertises itself as catering for all sizes, I was made to feel that I was a nuisance because of my size, I will not be going back again and further more will advise my lodge members to boycott this company and spread the word to other lodges, a hurtful and humiliating experience , I am disgusted and insulted”

Dear Sir, We were appalled to learn of the poor level of service you state you received when you visited us in store. We pride ourselves on good customer service and your experience is unacceptable. Please accept our sincerest apologies, as a long term customer we hope you will appreciate this incident was isolated and not a true reflection of us as a company. We are keen to determine what exactly occured so that we can take the appropriate steps to follow this matter up and ensure it never happens again. “Ordered a jacket, 8.00pm Tuesday, for a wedding that Friday. Dispatched 8.30am Wednesday. Free delivery by DPD, arrived midday Thursday. Lovely jacket, impeccable service, and great communications. Perfect! Thank you folks at Fields.”

“Excellent product, really good price and speedy delivery. Couple of minor niggles: i) delivery was meant to be in the morning but parcel arrived just before 1 so I had to make alternative arrangements. ii) One polish was either leaking or had been leaked upon-very slight problem but disappointing when you have given the box as a gift! Great service overall and I would use this company again.”

“Helpful staff at Southend branch and placed an order of two pairs of Bruhl trousers. Efficient delivery. However I would have purchased more trousers if the staff could have sent me a colour image of the trousers in stock. I understand that this was not allowed under your policy. However a pleasant experience.”

“The shoes are very comfortable. The only slightly negative comment I have is that the person delivering the parcel did not ring the doorbell - he/she might have knocked on the door but I was upstairs and would not have heard. Fortunately my neighbour across the road was in and accepted the parcel.”
