“I've not bought from Fields before. The Loake shoes I wanted were out of stock; as arranged, Fields contacted me ten days later when they were available. They arrived promptly, exactly as ordered, with the agreed discount applied. As I said, this is the first time I've used Fields. It won't be the last.”

“Did not have the size that I wanted in stock , so left an email to tell me when new stock arrived . Received an update and ordered on Friday , receiving goods on Monday . Had information about delivery via text and email and item arrived within the time slot given. The goods are perfect and of high quality and were the the best price I found. Would not hesitate to use again .”

“Website said low/no stock of shoes I wanted so called and spoke to two members of staff who found a pair and over the phone took my order and processed immediately. Goods were promised next day and arrived next morning . Excellent service !”

“I ordered the items by telephone. Having given measurements I was advised to have a certain size which, on delivery, I found too large. As I needed the items quickly and could not wait to exchange them for a smaller size, I decided to visit the shop which is only some 40 miles or so distant. On arrival there I received a warm welcome from the shop assistant and could not have been treated with more consideration. In no time at all smaller items were found to fit perfectly. The shop itself instilled confidence in that it was well furnished and the stock of excellent quality. So much so indeed that my wife made me buy other items!!”

“I ordered a Masonic morning suit on Thursday morning, and it arrived at midday on Friday. They kept me informed of their expected delivery time and date, and kept to it. I was delighted with the suit, it is a much better quality than previous ones I have bought. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Ordered Thursday afternoon - delivered Friday Lunch time - what's not to like. Striped trousers and white gloves, not the biggest order of the week but the service made me feel that it really mattered. Thank you Fields, I will be back again.”
