“I ordered my morning suit late Sunday night and received it Tuesday afternoon. I was kept informed of how my delivery was going, including being provided a 1 hour time window. The suit is lovely quality, in short I am over the moon. Superb service, very user friendly, definitely on my list of regular places to shop in future.”

“Excelent customer service. one gets to see how good a companies customer service is only when things go wrong. When my order arrived it was one shirt short, I phoned the company, they were very polite and efficient and sorted it out right away, they the shirt by next day delivery and also included a very nice tie as a complementary gift to make up for the error. I will be making use of thier services again and have also recomended them to quite a few friends.”

“Prompt delivery. Loakes boots which will take 6 months to break in & which I expect still to be wearing in ten years (after a resole). All in all, a class act! Well done, Fields.”

“Tuesday morning - placed my order on-line. Less than one hour later - informed that my order was on its way. Wednesday lunchtime - received my order. Fields provide goods of a high quality, and they are good at what they do. I would not hesitate to tell my friends about Fields.”

“Very helpful lady on the phone to figure out the right shoe size. The boots are fitting perfect, almost like a glove. The only little annoying thing was that the courier service does not deliver next day on Saturdays, So I had to reschedule the delivery, but that was easy to do via their confirmation email. Great service, high quality products, recommended seller.”

“I experienced just about the best customer service ever when I purchased these shoes for my husband. The shoes in the colour I wanted were out of stock in the sale but the website mistakenly allowed me to order them but was unable to fulfil the order. My husband was very disappointed that he wasn't getting them but Matthew at Fields ordered them in from Lotus and honoured the sale price. It doesn't get better than that!!! We are good customers of Fields and will remain so. Thank you Fields.”

“One quick phone call thats all it took and my suit was ordered. I phoned at about 15.30. and at 15.50 the suit was on its way to me. The e mails I received kept me up to date on the progress of my order and it arrived at the stated time the next morning with no hassle. Great service, great information and great suit. What more can you want”
