“Joe Frayne has helped me to get the best mortgage rates I’ve ever had! He helps me with any questions and queries I have and is always available to reach on the phone. I have referred jo to many friends and people who want to get mortgages. Jo is an excellent mortgage advisor and would highly reccomend him!!!! Customer service is excellent too.”

“Just to let you know your Advisor Suresh Gadher is A fantastic Broker. He helped us from start to finish in our Remortgage Exercise. Suresh was always there for us. Suresh explained everything to us properly and came to visit us outside working hours so that we did not have to take time off work. Suresh made our journey very simple. We are both extremely proud of him and his customer service is No 1. I would recommend my friends and family to suresh. Thank you Suresh for being pillar of support for us”

“As a first time buyer , it can Be quite daunting buying a property , there are lots of things you are kind of expected to know, and there’s an awful lot to be aware of . I contacted Financial Advice Centre because I wanted help making the best decisions for my particular circumstances . I struck golf with Debbie Whitt . Not only is she extremely friendly , easy to talk and professional , but she helped me through every step. Not just the initial mortgage application but went the extra mile when I was having problems with conveyancing solicitors as well . She was always on hand with help and advice and I could email or ring her at any time and if she wasn’t available , she would come back to me within hours . I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending FAC , And I will certainly be using them again when it comes to getting a new mortgage . Thanks Debbie , I couldn’t have done it without you !!”

“When we had given up hope of moving house Chris Kenny found us a mortgage. He made the whole process very easy and was very helpful and informative throughout the process. “Fantastic service, our Mortgage Advisor Lee Griffiths was unrelenting in his pursuit in what turned out to be a hard won application. Due to serious errors in judgement in my earlier years I found myself in a somewhat difficult situation with regards to my credit rating, Lee advised my partner and I on the reality of obtaining a mortgage and sourced various different options for us, culminating in a formal application to Kensington which whilst initially turned down but was ultimately reversed by Lee's tenacity in believing that we should not be penalised for what occurred years before. I found Lee's and the Finance Advice Centre's information, systems and advice both easy to use and understand, helpful beyond measure and ultimately beneficial for us in securing our family home. A big thank you to Lee and The Finance Advice Centre and I have no hesitation in recommending him as someone who goes over and above, in exceeding expectations and delivering on what he promises. “Myself and my brother used Jags Bhandal to process our mortgage application. Originally, we spoke to our local broker for Connells in Wolverhampton about building a Buy to let Portfolio who confirmed there were no options for us. After speaking to Jags it became apparent it was! The entire process from start to finish was fantastic. Jags and Callum were both on the ball updating us on a regular basis. For someone trying to build a Buy to Let Portfolio with little experience the service and advice provided was excellent, it lifted a massive weight off our shoulders knowing that Jags was able to find us a mortgage, solicitors and even do our building and contents! Highly recommend Finance Advice Centre.”

“Jag was assigned to me as my financial advisor. He was constantly in contact with myself informing me of the mortgage process. I appreciate Jags help as I would not have been successful in purchasing a mortgage if it was not for his support. Furthermore, when Jag was not available, Callum was also a massive help.
