I droppped a reminder on delivery arrangement so that there will be no signature requirement , which they CS committed but didn’t happened at the end.
Turn off I need extra effort to receive the delivery and what is even worse is the CS didn’t even apologise or even acknowledge for their mistakes, and later ignore my request
Seriously no one would expect that from a retailer with this price point.
Will never come back and not recommend Finnish Design to anyone else”

Le fait de confier sa livraison à UPS est un vrai désastre. Le colis a été présenté une fois. J'étais absent. Aucune autre présentation ou récupération dans un relai n'a été proposée.
Impossible par ailleurs de savoir où était mon colis jusqu'à ce qu'UPS me dise le renvoyer à l'expéditeur.
Bilan : Finnish Design Shop va me rembourser le produit mais les frais de port restent à ma charge. J'ai tout gagné. Pas de produit mais à moi de payer quand même.
Pas de nouvelle commande prévue dans ces conditions.”
