“To whom it might concern, I hope you are well these days. First of all, I would like to clarify I am nicely satisfied with all of your services and with the selection of products you offer. Also, the whole process of delivery went well. Therefore I am not really satisfied to writing you this way, but after going through the selection of the ceiling light I have decided on the product Louis Poulsen PH5 with the specific colour tone which is referred to by your product image which contains three colours below - white, grey and light green. I was very surprised when I received the chandelier with only a grey tone scale and it made me very sad. I don’t know what to do now as I feel like sending the product back is difficult because I do really like the design or I might want to select a different colour, but I am not sure as the one was perfect for the whole feeling of my household. Can you please somehow refer to what to do with this situation? I would appreciate it. With the kind regards, Michal Štochl”
