“I have received the damaged Hartô Victor desk. Upon immediate inspection, I noticed significant damage to the desk, including a dented drawer edge and a scratch that was seemingly concealed with paint.
Considering the condition of the desk, I wanted to proceed with returning it. I kindly asked for assisting me by arranging a return. But it is over 2 weeks now and no instructions how to proceed further with this damaged desk.
I asked for prompt attention to this matter and assistance but nothing happened yet.”
