The box arrived completely torn up, barely held together by packing tape, and the chair frame wasn’t even wrapped - just thrown in the box to knock around inside. Then the driver just dumped it off and I was left to try getting it up to my flat.
Luckily, the chair was not damaged but I doubt I would purchase any large items again.”
