“I am very very disapointed of my order in november 23 of the carpet Finarte Atrium. Not only the delivery took 1 month instead of 1 week and I had to contact several times the website before my request to know where it could be was taken in consideration, but worst of, when I finally received it, the quality is awfull. I have to vacuum the carpet each day because it is falling apart. Carpet fibers come loose , as if they were not attached to the canvas... I really do not understand the technic and the quality chosen. Not to recommand”

“I ordered a specific item from Finnish Design because their website said they had it in stock and it would ship/arrive no later than 12/26. I could have purchased it from other websites, but I believed Finnish Design would ship as stated. It is now Dec 31, and my shipment is still in "pending" status. Based on their tracking system, it appears to be in Germany.
Disappointed but still hopeful someday I will receive the order.”

Aber ich habe mich sehr darüber geärgert, dass - bevor ich die Bestellung in den Warenkorb legte „Bestellungen die bis zu diesem Datum eingehen noch bis Weihnachten geliefert werden“ als ich die Bestellung abgeschlossen hatte, stand ein späterer Zeitpunkt der Lieferung da. Leider war das auch so, gestern ist es angekommen, aber mittlerweile kostet die Wsre ca 50,00€ weniger das finde ich sehr ärgerlich. Könnte ich für den Diferenzbetrag vielleicht einen Gutschein bekommen?

“I still haven't received my shipment that was originally expected on 12/22/23. These were Christmas gifts and I wouldn't have ordered them if I knew that they wouldn't arrive on time. I still have no delivery date, just that they have been shipped. I ordered products from England and all arrived on time as expected. Very disappointed.”
