“The Spring Copenhagen Reindeer is well-made and cute. I received a notification that the package was delivered on 12/19/23. Included was a picture of the item in my lobby. The item was never there. On 1/4/24 I received the item.”

“Unsure as it’s been weeks since I placed my order and I never received the items. They were supposed to arrive last Friday and remain delayed. I have not heard from you about this and just continue to wait. No indication of when it will arrive, if the shipment is correct and unbroken and if the quality is good.”

“Great selection, stock on hand, fairly priced shipping options and delivery times. I love my new Pavilion dining chairs delivered all the way to Perth Australia within 4 weeks. No stores in Australia stocked these chairs and if ordered from distributors in Australia had a delivery time of 10-12 weeks. I got these chairs just before Christmas and was so excited when the courier had them at my front door. I would absolutely order from Finnish Designs again and trust it would be delivered as far away as Perth.”
