“I was disappointed that on your own page selling the Uyuni tapered candles you describe them as having wax. The ones I got were just plain plastic. Had I known I would not have bought them. Contacted customer service and all I got was you can return them, which was not possible at that time. Not taking responsibility for a faulty description on your webpage has made my initial excitement for your page dampened and less likely to buy from in the future.”
