“Très contente de ce que j’ai acheté. Par contre très déçu du délai de livraison. Commande passée le 17 novembre avec des produits en stock. Livraison après noël pour des cadeaux de noël. Ce qui n’est pas normal c’est que la date de livraison a été connu après avoir payé. Il est bien noté que l’on ne peut rien faire”
Hi Karina, thank you for your feedback. Please note the estimated delivery date is always visible at check out under shipping and you are able to see this prior placing the order. It is also mentioned at check out, that all orders are delivered in one full shipment and the estimation is given according to the item arriving last (if there are out of stock items).
