“I thought I had ordered RASCO pants. Out of 5 pairs only two had RASCO labels. Those fit to there size. The other 3 pairs were labeled FRLAPCO, these 3 were 1 to 2 size smaller, but labeled as the same size as RASCO. Not happy with this.”

“The jacket was of good quality. Yet it was so over sized it swallowed me. Reached out to my sales rep and very clearly asked that he give me a CALL and gave him my phone number. He would only send 1 email and I haven heard from him since. I ended up saleing it to a co-worker and took a 30$ loss.”

“The quality is great. But the sizing is soooooo off. I am usually a 3x womens and these wouldn’t even come close to fitting. Like a big man in a little coat.”

“I ordered 4 shirts of one color but I was informed by their sales member that that collar was out of stock in that quantity. So I ordered 3 of one color and one of another . I did receive the order in a timely manner , however the shirts where of different types than I ordered”

“The last shirts i ordered were not the lightweight shirts as advertised. Due to your penalty of 25% I cant exchange for true lightweight product that i need for the hot summer. I use to be a fan of this company. Exchange policy is weak!! Mike G.”

“I ordered my item thinking I was getting it as planed but the product I ordered was in the process of being re manufactured and was back ordered for months. The customer care was very helpful and responded quickly. And they sped up order.”
