Manager Lorraine Park Gate On the 15th of January I moved into Park Gate, from the onset things were difficult because of a flood caused by the flat opposite, I was unable to put all my belongings in place until the bedroom was dried out and redecorated, which I had a great deal of help and support from Lorraine she did every thing possible to make this period stress free for me. Lorraine is a good communicator and ensured that at all times I knew and understood the time table and events relating to contractors visits. I have a profound hearing loss, which makes things challenging for me. She explained everything to me and also to my family. Sometimes when you’re deaf its easier not to speak to people. Not with Lorraine. She is very approachable and seems to understand my problem. She goes out of her way to make sure I understand. I am very fortunate to have her as the manager of this development. If it was possible to rate her with more stars I would have done. Sue Bate.

Mick & Linda have lived at Monmouth court Newport around 28 months & are satisfied with the service given by our house manager Sharon Ford No complaints so far.

Worst company. Count yourself really unlucky if you have to deal with them. Terribly rude and ruthless customer service. Always threatening to take legal action.

I would like to give the house manager Lyn at Chestnut Court, Castle Bromwich, Birmingham a review, my elderly Aunt has recently sold her apartment there as she now needs a nursing home, each time we have arrived at Chestnut Court Lyn has always been very polite, very helpful, very approachable if we ever needed to discuss anything regards Aunt. Lyn is always very pro active around the site, with the recent Covid situation, Lyn is always keeping the touch points clean, she always has time to speak to the residents who live there, she has even set up ' emergency food bank' incase any resident has to isolate, there is food supplies etc for them. My Aunt has lived at Chestnut Court for over 20 years, recently in December 2020 my Aunt, had a fall and broke her hip, Lyn rang family to let us know and stayed with my Aunt till the paramedics came and stayed till the paramedics left. I really do think that Lyn goes above and beyond her duties there as the house manager.

Like Trustpilot, the positive reviews on this site are about individual sites and managers. They are not about FirstPort as a company. You might be happy with your flat and your manager but behind all this FirstPort are crooks and fraudsters. They are ripping us off left right and centre. Congratulations to "reviews .io" for publishing the truth. Please, please, please keep it up. I don't know if this site will print web addresses. I would strongly advise anyone to rethink when considering purchasing a property managed by FirstPort. Their fees increase rapidly and furthermore when trying to sell they take so long to provide the Management Pack that the sale falls through, despite polite chasing on several occasions. The management pack to sell is expensive so one should expect a first class service and quick turnaround, sadly not the case. Avoid this company if you can. There are plenty of leasehold properties managed by other companies far superior to FirstPort. If you already own a property managed by them I strongly advise you to put forward changing the Management Company. This can be brought up at the AGM.

I have lived in Alveston Grange for 18 months and I am very content . The estate overseen by Heather Goldsworthy the manager of the site ensures the public areas are well maintained and is helpful and caring .Keeps the residents informed of day to day services provided under the manage agreement . A perfect place to live privately but also to be part of the community.

I have been a resident for the past 18 months. I rent my flat. I have found first port to be prompt and efficient when I have contacted them to fix a couple of problems in my flat. Given the situation with cvid19 they do a good job under difficult circumstances. Our site manager is friendly, helpful and gets things done. Having rented for years from various landlords I can say I'm happy with my flat and the other residents.

Pegasus Court in Leatherhead. My home is a spacious, comfortable 2 bed apartment. The building with its Juliet balconies looks inviting, is carpeted throughout, and surrounded by a lovely garden and 2 car parks: one for visitors, and the other gated underground one for the residents. Our development manager, efficient, friendly and helpful, makes sure that house and garden are well maintained and checks that everything within the communal areas is always in working order and to the standard of Health and Safety regulations. Her priority is the safety and well-being of the residents. Thanks to her and my lovely neighbours I feel safe and happy here. Thank you, Sara, you are a star. The service charges are rather high, but you get what you pay for!

Our father moved into Rivendell Court, Hall Green in May this year, it was a very stressful time as he could not go back to his house after a fall. We as a family had a lot of help and support from Robert Cartwright, the development manager. Rivendell has a nice atmosphere about it and is very well organised, I'm a frequent visitor and place is always clean and tidy and Robert is always around so that in itself is good peace of mind, and dad seems settled and comfortable in his flat. Dad enjoyed the lovely garden in the good weather.

I am so sorry to read complaints about your company. So I am pleased to change all that and say the staff at Ingress Park, led by David Tugwell, do a wonderful job, often in difficult circumstances. To all our hard working staff (ground, maintainance, cleaners) and to those in the office and effectively on the front line I would like to say a big thank you.

The staff at First Port West Hendon are rude and ignorant they do nothing you have to constantly complain for them to do anything why don't you do a survey and you will see just how bad First Port are that's if you can get any residents to take part

I have lives under their management for 3 years, with multiple concerns which were escalated, and never acted on; multiple formal complaints, with no outcome. No hot water in the winter with a manager on site who locks herself in the office and never acts on concerns raised, saying nothing had been reported to her. AVOID! COMPANY lacking of moral and ethical principles

Terrible property management company. Should remove "management" from their title as they don't actually manage to do much. Even having Sky installed is too much for them to cope with, shame I'm stuck with them.

They are more like loan sharks. They have contacted me to request 2 years’ worth of money in a new property, even though the previous owners paid this. Luckily my solicitor verified this and I have a proof of statement. Beware of these thiefs.
