“Though the initial call for service and guidance did not disclose complete details the second call was sufficient to complete the transaction as far as ordering on-line. The time and extra effort involved was a bit annoying Not everyone has all the familiar software products (especially Adobe full package or Pro) to be able to complete a tax-exempt required form. This type of process has not been required for any other vendor so it was quite unexpected. Albeit, the rush was completed within hours so I was able to place the order. I'm hoping the quality of the flag is as expected from the details on the website.”

“quality was good but I neglected to read fine print which apparently stated that the desired feather flag of 7.5 ' listed meant the actual flag without pole measured more like 5'. Thus, size is not as advertised! Michael”
