“Within 2 uses, both of my flag bases broke. The assembly wouldn't stay together even after tightening the nut holding it together. Absolutely unusable and now I'm ordering 2 replacements. I'm NOT happy. One of my custom made flags also came blank, though the company did get that corrected....thank you for that.”

“Our bases keep getting bent from very low wind so we have to keep ordering more of them. The flag poles have also bent with low wind. We're not thrilled with everything other than the actual flag itself - the flag is great. But everything else has been cheap quality that is bending and breaking.”
