“The design kept changing after I would go the final sign off stage, probably 10 times, it would like fine in the preview and when I would select all the options but then when I would get the final "I have reviewed" page, it would shift. I ended up settling each time for the layouts as I could not get them to match the way it looked while designing. Very disappointing as I have purchased over 5k in flags from your site. Also, it would better to mention shipping costs more directly upfront instead of at the very end.”

“The design interface is very user friendly and makes it easy to design. The only issue is after you design the graphics and preview, when you continue to the next step the image of the design is very grainy which makes it seem like the design has issues. I delayed my order for days as I tried to figure out why this lower-quality design was getting through. I assumed it was because I used low-res images so I went and created much higher res images but it didn't matter. Now, I've ordered it and I hope my original preview is the real image and the low-quality cart image is just a website anomaly.”

“I'm still confused why 2 flags is more expensive per flag than buying one alone. I have never run into that before. Additionally, the design software could be a bit more user friendly, but overall it was a smooth process. Hopefully they turn out well!”
