Ordered 2 T-shirt’s but only got one delivered. Didn’t find out until 3 days after I ordered. I wanted 2 the same for me and my son so very dissatisfied

I have tried to contact yourselves twice as I have only received part of my order but I have been charged for the full amount. The invoice in the goods received shows 4 items but I ordered and I was charged for 5 items. I am still waiting for a response as I haven’t had anything back of flannels.

The polo top received looked as though it had an iron burn on the front and back. Called to find a replacement but unfortunately nothing available.

Dirty and stained clothes sent out non existent quality control , a blind man would of seen these marks as they were so bad.

Terrible experience with Flannels. Ordered a jacket and 2 pairs of shoes. When they arrived, the jacket was a different colour than described on their site (brown instead of black). Returned the entire order, at my personal expense. Took two full weeks to receive a confirmation of return, (after several emails following it up and showing them the tracking info), only to have them not refund the cost of the jacket. I am having to contact my bank for a refund now. I would advise shoppers to avoid at all cost. End clothing and Mr Porter are much better companies to shop with. They don't charge as much postage, they offer free returns and most importantly, it doesn't take them 4-5 days to reply to an email.

My parcels came on different dates, nearly 7 days waiting for 1 of them. I suggest you do a free delivery to keep up with your competitors! £6.99 delivery what took 7 days isn’t really right!

I ordered a Gucci belt from flannels as a gift. When it arrived it came in a black bag, within the delivery bag there was the belt with the silk Gucci protector bag. I was very disappointed as for a luxury item I expected the belt to come with all original Gucci packaging including the Gucci box and all authenticity cards. If it wasn’t for the item being a gift I would of sent the item back because the way is was packed was appalling. I would like you to be in touch for the reason the item didn’t come with all original boxes.

Ordered jumper and coat. Coat wasn’t in stock never got a email to let me know only found out on delivery didn’t want jumper if the coat wasn’t there so had to pay for to return
