Recently purchased a jacket worth 1150£ I didn't like the jacket so I returned it and they gave me a credit note which is fine but now I am trying to buy a different jacket and every time I chose something they don't have a size and I am not choosing the sales items either, willing to buy the jacket on the original price. I called customer service and they are saying go to the store and try if the manager can give you a refund when I spoke to the shop manager she said to ring customer service to see if they can help you this the worse customer service I have came a cross backwards and forwards now I am stuck with my 1100£ 🙏 Never again

Poor Customer Service sent the wrong item and I've been told I have to pay for the return.

Bought £400+ pair of Jimmy Choos but had to send them back because they were too small - also they'd been used as samples as one of the shoes had clear wear on bottom and the box was battered about (know it's only a shoe box but not really a good impression when you pay this much) . Was happy to exchange to bigger size - this is when the fun begins... it's not immediately obvious HOW to EXCHANGE for bigger size but I eventually sussed it out and marked my return with 2 alternative sizes. Oh you pay for the return yourself btw. Did they send me an exchange - no! even though website showed bigger sizes available! Silly Flannels - missed out on £400!!! Few things about shopping online with this company. 1. They charge you expensive p&p and return at your own cost even when you spend vast amounts of money on purchases (other websites are free when you spend this amount) . 2. They DO NOT communicate with you or attempt to fulfil your requests, eg, they didn't exchange my shoes... not sure how they make money? 3. Unlike other companies who have a clear communication stream with customers, Flannels don't communicate or confirm your order has been received/being processed/there's no exchange/you're getting a refund.. nada?! I had to follow up with them ... oh, and it's nigh impossible to find out how to RETURN, EXCHANGE or even CONTACT them. The now favoured way of dealing (nor not dealing) with customers who don't just purchase, give over hard-earned and then go away. I would not purchase from them online again. Sorry Flannels not good enough.

I went to the Coventry store to return a pair of trainers I had received as a gift. I had the receipt and after a quick browse in the shoe department decided to get a refund so I could look for a different pair of trainers at my leisure. As per other customers reviews, I was unaware you could not get a refund and so received a credit note. Decided to have another look before leaving and saw a pair of Veja trainers which were much more to my taste than the original trainers so asked to try them on. The store assistant was friendly enough and went to get the trainers, handed me one out of the box but then obviously decided her job had been done as she stood there, literally doing nothing, whilst I laced up the trainer!?! She didn’t think to take the other trainer out and lace for me or, indeed, take the trainer off me that I was lacing and offer to do it- awful customer service! Surely that is just part of being on a shoe department? Whether it has been Schuh, Footlocker or Sports Direct I don’t think I have ever had an assistant just stand and watch me lace shoes up! Wouldn’t return save for the fact I have a poxy £15 left in credit there- I say poxy ironically as obviously I’ll have to top that up by about £100 to get anything else from the shop which I’m very loathe to do as they really do need to train their staff to do the basics and also SMILE! Miserable, inadequate staff.

Seriously why would you shoo in this place? Sure some of the stuff is nice but the ethics of Sports Direct (now renamed Fraser Group) is awful. Which designer stores charges for delivery and returns? There's nothing premium about the service at all.

Although the girls in store were super helpful I feel like my experience with Flannels has been pretty poor. I bought some boots in store which I wasn’t 100% on. However, they were in the sale so I thought I would buy them and return them if I changed my mind. I then decided that I wanted to return them. When I returned them in store, I received a credit note which I then wanted to use for some other shoes. When I tried to use the credit note, it didn’t go through. I was then told to try again in 24 hours. As the shoes I wanted were £200 cheaper in store on their iPad than online it meant I had to return to the store to re order the shoes I wanted. I went back to the store for my third time to order my and luckily my credit worked so I paid £6 for the postage and was eagerly awaiting my delivery. I then received my shoes and noticed that they were damaged so returned them immediately. As returns are at your own expense and the shoes were worth £400 I paid for the best postage to make sure I was insured, which ended up costing about £12. I returned the shoes with the hope I would get an exchange as that’s what I asked for. Unfortunately the shoes are now out of stock so I have received a refund however due to them being faulty I feel like I should have been refunded my shipping as well as compensation for the inconvenience of sending them back. Really disappointing service from flannels!

Spent £300 on items and selected Next Day Delivery. I’ve now been waiting for my package for over a week now!

Firstly the item is lovely. But the return policy is absolutely disgusting. Having spent £386, with an additional charge for delivery, not even FREE over a certain amount, to then have to pay again to return item for an exchange. Not impressed.

I placed my order on Friday 4th September at 1pm, I paid £9.99 for next day delivery, expecting the parcel to arrive on Saturday 5th. Saturday evening came, I hadn’t received a confirmation email regarding delivery, just confirmation you had taken my money. I then emailed yourselves and coincidentally received 4 emails confirming order and delivery confirmation. I eventually received the trainers the following the day. These were a birthday present, on receipt of the birthday boy, he found scuffs to the front of the £600 reduced to £300 trainers. I am not impressed with the service considering the amount I paid, I would have expected a smoother run business.

Paid for next day deliver - item arrived 4 days late and then had the security tag still attached. I had to take to nearest store for it to be removed

I shop with many High Street stores,, and many online shops, eg Net-a-Porter, The Outnet, Massimo Dutti, Matches Fashion to name but a few, yet Flannels is the ONLY company that does not pay for return postage for items ordered online, and who also charge more in delivery charges than any other company even to a Flannels store. You are not my favourite company to deal with and I go out of my way to avoid ordering with you.

I purchased a pair of white Jimmy Choo sandals online. One of them was very dirty especially the soles looked used but the other pair looked fairly brand new. The delivery was very fast.

Opted to have my delivery sent to store as I wasn’t sure if the tops would fit or whether I would like them - assumed I would be able to get a refund or exchange that way and it would save on time sending them back as well. Turns out one didn’t fit and I didn’t like the other top, asked to see if I could exchange the jumpers for something in store, or get a refund and was told that your online presence is different to your physical presence on the high street and that I would not be able to exchange them, or in fact get a refund... so now I have to post the items back and start again. Having items delivered to your stores is pointless, in fact, it’s actually a major inconvenience as It still cost the same to deliver there (should be free if it’s going to your own store) and I’ve taken time out of my day to collect my order rather than having you deliver directly to me. Really disappointing.

I ordered my coat around 10 days ago and still not turned up to the store in Romford. I appreciate someone called Abbie is now looking into it but it would have been nice to have been kept in the loop.
