Not a very good service as i payed for next day delivery and received it 5 days after the package came and it wasn't what i expected for the price

Click & collect should be a completely free service & delivery charges should be half what they are.

Received email the item was available to collect from store. Store mislaid it and had to call me to return in 30 mins. When I got item home it was too small in a box burst open and still had security tag attahed to the item fabric

Really disappointed at flannels response to 3 separate orders being soiled offered £10 compensation.....really!??

Ordered a pair of trainers and when they turned up I had received a pair of the same trainers but difference colour ways. When I then attempted to contact yourselves there was no phone number and only email, which took forever to get a response. I’m still waiting for a response to find out what is going to be done

Delivery took a week, after paying for "next day" delivery. 1 item of the order turned up on its own after a few days, no sign of the rest of the order. Unhelpful customer services whenever I messaged /emailed them. Did not reply for a couple days each time and each response was vague and unhelpful - e.g. "the rest of your order will arrive in the next few days". Overall very poor experience shopping with flannels on this occasion.

I've been shopping at Flannels for many years. I decided to collect my order from the Merry Hill store. Upon arrival, I went to the till to collect my order, where the 2 members of my staff saw me but still continued their conversation. Finally, when they finished, I asked if I could collect my order. The person serving me was really slow to process this and kept laughing whilst doing this. They only brought out 1 parcel, even though it clearly said 1 of 2 on the front. I then went to leave and the alarm started going off. My bag was taken off me and walked over back to the till to check the items for any tags. Again the till staff were laughing, wether this was at me I don't know but it made me feel pretty uncomfortable and I didn't know where to look. Eventually, I got my order back and was allowed to leave with. I've used Flannels online and visted both the Nottingham and Birmingham stores many times and have never been made to feel like that. I don't think I'll be visiting the store again!

its shame who ever wrapped the shirt up didn`t remove the label with a price reduced to £98.00 when I`d just paid £147 for it on line

The polo I ordered shrank on the first wash. It was a low heat wash as well. I can’t return it or exchange it either.

One order consisted of two items, somehow they were delivered on different dates. Once the first part of the order was received it had the security tag on it There's no customer service number to call to speak to a member of staff either. I doubt I'll be ordering from here again.

I bought a few items from Versace and polo. Packaging was ALL damaged, boxes were all creased like that were from tk max. Polo items were in freezer zip bags. No outer packaging at all. The presentation was appalling for such big brands. Not impressed. Won’t buy from you again. Sorry

I enjoy my shopping experience with Flannels. They have a wide variety of exclusive items at good prices. My only problem is the shipping fee. I believe that if you spend over a certain amount the shipping should be free. I would make much more purchases if the shipping was free.

£9.99 delivery on Sale items shirt came with bleach stains on front and trainers had been worn sent both back at the cost off £7.50 so cost me £17.50 for nothing thanks

Communication between Flannels and the delivery courier was terrible my parcel was delivered to the wrong house and a week later still not received it. Delivery was very expensive as well.

P&P is way over priced £6.99 and that isn’t even next day delivery, also you have to pay your own P&P for returns I received the wrong. t- shirt so had to pay for the return.

I don't satisfied with the product from the Flannels any more. The box of shoes was damged and one of the shoes was not brand-new. It seems like to be worn a lot of times.

Received my order in time but there was only 1 item out of 3 which I was not informed. It’s been 9 days now and still not received the other 2 items. The problem is that I had them delivered to a pick up shop in Scotland because I was there for 2 weeks plenty of time for delivery and now I am back in London and flannels will not redirect my parcel and I’m not sure what to do!!!!
