Parcel didn’t arrive and getting no help from customer services.

Order an item that was showing in stock and the app allowed me to continue with the purchase. The purchase was confirmed and money taken. I then received an email afterwards to say the order had been cancelled as the item was no longer in stock. Not a good experience at all. Really disappointed.

Got the polo home and it had marks all over the front and back. Got in contact with customer support who told me to return it and they will see what the issue is. No way should a garment come out in this state I’m still without my purchase until they look at it and decide what to do. Why couldn’t you just send another out so I could pick up in my own time and send the defected one back

Don’t like having to pay for delivery when collecting from and not being able to return to a store and having to pay for refund, would not be using again.

I ordered a pair of trainers in two sizes, the order went through successfully but a couple of days later I received an email saying one size was out of stock which was disappointing and I wish I’d have seen that at the time of ordering. Chargeable deliveries (even over £100) and returns is disappointing also.

Standard delivery of £7 is ridiculous. You don’t even get returns involved and you can’t return to the shop unless it’s to exchange... yet the shop don’t stock everything that’s online!

Excellent and vast selection . Product arrived in torn plastic bag. Jumper not folded properly and creased. It appeared one half of a silver 'anti-tamper/security' tag was still attached. Suggestion for improvement: use kraft paper or tissue like paper to wrap, then enclose in a Flannels gift box (Farfetch use this when delivering)

Items always out of stock after you order. They don’t ask if you want to continue with your order. You have to pay for delivery and return even if item is faulty.

Ordered a small jumper only to be sent a large then had to pay for the return, still awaiting a refund on the postage..... Also couldn’t do store collection as it said it was unavailable, even though my local store is Meadowhall! I was in there at the weekend and people were collecting parcels ..... not impressed! Then told in store that you cannot return an item and get your money back! Absolute joke!!!

Need to return item to Flannels, however postage is not covered. A premium brand should provide postage costs back for returns. Most high street brands offer free returns

Recently bought a ski suit Tommy x Rossignol. Products arrived in two different packages for some reason on two separate days which was a little confusing. The pants were to small. So I checked the website and saw the only pair left were a size large (the size I wanted) I bought the size large instead of waiting for the pants I bought to be returned because I didn’t want to miss out on the last pair. Bought the pair only to be told a day later by email they were now out of stock. I eventually found a phone number to call after searching the web for a flannels customer service number. Spoke to someone who was about as interested in my situation as my cat would if I told her. All in all a very poor experience, which is a shame as I used to be an avid flannels customer when I lived in the UK.

Initial service good. Had a reasonable experience with returns. Then when my replacement item was incorrect I’ve had a nightmare with communication, emails, attitude from customer service. I finally sent a last resort email to sort but not had any response. I think I’ve been reasonable given the circumstances. I’ve ended up deciding to keep the item, although it’s not what I originally ordered. It’s just easier than dealing with customer care.

Flannels are great but DPD delivery service was terrible. I received 7 emails about when my delivery would arrive. I was given a hour delivery window by DPD and staying by the door to receive my parcel (I'd paid 6.99 for delivery because I needed the garments for an work appointment). 30 minutes after the delivery window I received another annoyingly 'chirpy' email saying 'oh no we missed you'. Fact os no-one missed me - they didn't even get around to me. This was very annoying. It meant I didn't have the garments I needed when I needed them. I complained and asked for a refund on my delivery charge but this was ignored. Very disappointing.

Shopped quite a few times with Flannels. This time has been a bad experience. Very poor packaging. An item is missing and having trouble getting someone to resolve. I hope this is an isolated incident.
