After paying £6.99 for delivery I waited 1-2 weeks for a t shirt I ordered. I contact customer services and they agreed to refund me the delivery charge but this is not what I expect from a premium retail group. Never had any issues I’m the past with flannels so I don’t know what’s changed.

I purchased a high priced pair of trainers, the box was damaged and Flannels response was that it did not impact upon the item. I think it is fair to say that for such items the box in a 'box fresh' condition attributes some value. It was delivered in a plastic bag, rather than a box. If you are buying to add to your collection, shop elsewhere. Poor response (let alone the delivery charges!).

I bought an off white phone case a week ago, i was shocked by the £6.99 i had to pay for store delivery as this is much more expensive than delivery at any other store. After paying that much i was even more disappointed that it took over a week for the parcel to arrive in store. This was a present for my boyfriends birthday and i will have to give it him late.

I won’t be making future purchases from this company. I don’t feel as a customer of such a premium company we should be paying to receive our items and return them or exchange. This process has been quite off putting for me so I won’t be making future purchases there are other designer store who offer the free delivery and returns service I’ll be taking my custom there.

Delivery is far too expensive and should be free for orders over a certain amount. Was given the wrong jumper in my recent order which means i have to reorder the original jumper i intended to buy. Would be so much better if the delivery was free given the expensive nature of the clothes.

Great courier service guys lovely who delivered the item , just the item I receive wasn’t packed well from the outer packaging and personally looked liked it had been worn but pressed back up . If it wasn’t needed for that weekend would of been sent straight back

1 part of my order was missing. I didn't get an email or notification informing me of this. It took me to email customer service to get a reply the next day explaining the item was delayed form the warehouse and would be received within the next few days. The missing item has now arrived.

Made an order for a suit and a pair of trainers. The suit arrived with its security tag still attached so I had to take it to a Flannels store to have it removed (which kind of defeated the object of my making an online purchase in the first place). Waited another week for the trainers to arrive and had to chase up on that before being told they were out of stock and the order was cancelled! Not great guys.

Items arrive separately, which seems very unprofessional, and unorganised. And I received one of my items as faulty, therefore I had to pay for a return postage, when it was the companies fault. Again, shows that your online service is very unorganised as you are apart of very few companies that make their customers pay to return an item - it’s further appalling when the cost for us to receive an item is as high as it is.

I placed an order for 4 items and was charged for the four items, I was expecting the items to be delivered within 3-5 working days. I did receive my order in the time expected however one item was missing. I emailed to query this and was told my 4th item was being dispatched from another location...I still have not received the item!

Very expensive, therefore I was very disappointed when it came in ripped packaging. It was a gift so I was utterly disappointed as I have never ordered before. Won’t be shopping again.

Had to chase up the package myself, given contradictory information by different customer service people. Quality of the packaging and condition of the item were below expected standard. Then obviously had to pay to return the item at my own expense when other companies offer a free return service.

After nearly 2 weeks still haven't received my order! Called and complained to DPD still can't find my parcel and tried to contact flannels online to inform my parcel has not arrived in time for my holiday and the form rejected saying wrong information. I will now have to ring once I get back from holiday as if no parcel I want a full refund

Not a good review I'm afraid, I received some shorts with the security tag still attached and despite an initial quick response from customer services which wasn't a suitable answer I've heard nothing since. Very frustrating experience.
