Good items but I payed for next day delivery and got it over a week later. Good shop with good clothes but poor service I want my money back.

Really poor packaging considering the clothes are designer so you would think they would make the effort to package the items properly and not just thrown into a clear bag and then in a mail one, with the security tags still attached on the clothing. Having been charged for postage adds more salt to the wound. Also, I found the need to pay postage to collect in store was a little cheeky as the norm would be a free service. The package did arrive in about 3 working days.

The customer service skills of flannels is shocking as i was unable to track my delivery until the morning of the delivery date. After being unable to sign for my package it was thrown over the fence which is disgraceful. Finally the worst part of flannels is i paid a lot of moeny for a gift for a loved one which to my surprise when oepning my package was wrapped in a plastic bag which is unacceptable for the amount of money i have paid for the gift.

My order was not delivered on time so I had a waste journey into the store only to have to go in 3 days to collect it and was a birthday present.

Had to pay for delivery to shop . They sent the wrong item and then I had to take them to post office to return and cost me £8 for the recommended recorded delivery total cost £15 and got nothing new

My experience in the store wasn't great I found the staff rude and having them look you up and down as you enter the shop . This doesn't prove to be a nice shopping experience. I was spending over £200 on some trainers, I was dressed well ysl tshirt, 7 jeans and Gucci espidrilles. So not like I was a tramp walking in off the street, I suppose most of your staff are on minimum wage so how dare they behave so rudely towards paying customers. I will not be visiting this store again.

I think it is disgusting that you have to pay postage to return an item bought on line and that the store will not take it back Then the wait if you are exchanging I am still awaiting my exchange 5 days on Really poor service for a high end shop

Paying for postage and to Return items is poor. If paying for postage then returns should be free especially when paying over £250 on goods

The product I received was good. However , one product I bought and thought was coming was sold out and only got told the the day after I bought it , still have not received money for them and also will have to pay another £8 postage to get a similar product. Poor customer care

Ordered an expensive item but it took over a week to have it shipped. Seems like it was only shipped because I contacted the call centre (after struggling to find the phone number, thank you google) and demanded that they do 'something'. When emailing about the issue i got a standard 'your item hasn't shipped yet....' My call prompted a manual picker!! will not use again!

Quite disappointed really as my boyfriend bought me a pair of Gucci sliders from you and they are too big, you don’t do a smaller size and we Brought them back the morning after purchase and you won’t give a refund only voucher to spend in the store! Unfair really, it’s a lot of money to expect someone to then have to spend in your store so we don’t loose out money! 😠👎🏼

very disappointed after being a customer for many years, you are sending me ex display shoes which were creased and one was more lose than the other, when you add in your delivery charges it does not seem worth buying from yourself, £7 -£10 for delivery is too much considering everyone else charges are free or upto £2.99 at the most, the worst is returning, now I have to pay to return it as well. so, I’m left without the items I needed and out of pocket. Delivery said 2-3 days to store but took even longer, by the time I got them and found them unsuitable, I didn’t have enough time to look for and order more shoes!

I paid for the next day delivery for it to arrive a day later than expected which i am not happy about and would like a refund for that.

The online experience is great, however I opted for standard delivery and 1 week later my goods are still not here. I completed the online submission about my delivery and got an automated response which didn’t give me that much information. I had to call a store and ask them to assist - they then provided me with a CS telephone number which was then helpful..
