Product received was not as ordered, contacted customer services who were very helpful and arranged for a collection next day and exchange. Replacement product received, sent the wrong product yet again! Contacted customer services who explained the image on site was infact incorrect and they do not stock the item that is advertised for sale. Collection arranged again for next day. Will not be purchasing from flannels again, however very impressed with the helpfulness of the customer service department!

Bought 5 items one pair of trainers I really wanted were not sent but instead another pair were sent ! I was only offered a credit note or send back to you but I’d of had to pay postage plus then when used the credit note I then had to pay out of it postage for new items! Not at all right in my eyes

I bought a bag which didn’t have belt chain,it caused a lot of problems.Util now,this problem didn’t solved.I want your team could deliver the belt chain for me,it‘s the best way to solve this.

I ordered a pair of Moschino sliders for my daughter's birthday . The first time she has worn them they have broken . I have tried to contact Flannels to speak to someone in person about the faulty product but am not able to . I have been told to complete a form and return the item registered post to Flannels. This is a cost to me for an issue that is not my fault and leaves me out of pocket. My suggestion would be that in the case of faulty goods the purchaser should be able to speak to a person about the issue and should be sent a returns label at the charge of the company. This would provide positive customer service which is very important in a service industry.

I had ordered my item for next day delivery.On the morning of the delivery day I received a text stating the delivery would be three days later.This turned out to be an error but it was an inconvenience chasing this up.When the goods were delivered they were the wrong size.In the event I kept the goods but the whole situation does not reflect well on your company.

I requested and paid for next day delivery. My parcel went astray twice. I spent hours sending emails, trying to ring the customer service and got no reply. Eventually, I had to resort to social media. The delivery service was abysmal

i was disappointment after spending almost £300.00 on a jacket that i then had to pay another £6.99 in delivery - quite shocking really considering i can get free delivery on so many other websites. i contacted flannels via messenger and was just told that you dont offer free delivery .. well i know that , thats why i contacted you in the first place. I think ill go elsewhere next time just out of principal.

I order online from time to time, normally purchase in store at Liverpool, which is really nice! I ordered a gilet with the idea of arriving next working day, as I needed it for that day. Confirmation was sent via email that it’s on it’s way, as planned, until I get confirmation of a delay and it’s now due the following day. This, baring in mind, is a service I paid for. I raised a query on their website to gain a response.. this is something I’m still waiting for, 1 week later. I understand things get delayed, however this is a service I paid for (next day delivery), which was not fulfilled. If you paid for a service which was not what you paid for, you would get refunded, surely? I have had my request ignored.

So disappointed in postage costs. £6.99 to collect in store is not very user friendly. And £11 to return my parcel for a pay of trainers is too much I wont use the online shop again now.

Paid extra for next delivery and didn’t receive it till the day after.recieved a text saying one time and then changed again.was bought for an occasion hence paying for next day so was a bit let down

Purchased next day delivery, and my item was not delivered next day. I paid 9.99 for the service, and didn’t receive the service I paid for. Sent in an email via website about this. Received no correspondence. Ordered another pair of shoes for a gift, box was crushed

Ridiculous that have to pay so much for delivery. Ordered a few items and all of them were not good size so had to return and cost me double what I paid to get delivered! Never using Flannels again.

Ordered 3 items and promptly received a dispatch email, when the parcel arrived it only contained 1 item so I emailed customer support to enquire where my other items were, I received an automated reply saying it would be answered within 72 hours. 2 days later my other items arrived. It's now been around 200 HOURS and still no reply. No phone number for flannels customer support, not impressed.

Postage and packaging really devalued the product. I ordered same brand of clothes from elsewhere and that came in branded bags then boxed up. Flannels came in sandwich bags and a plastic outer for 9.99

Very disappointed with the packaging. When you spend over £800 on 2x pairs of shoes i did not expect them to arrive in a black plastic bag with the box all bent up and ruined. I emailed Flannels regarding this with no reply.

Delivery costs are excessive and having to pay for returns for a high end fashion website is poor. Items arrived in-folded and in a poor state.
