My mum and I went to Meadowhall branch today and were served by a lovely young lady called Sannah on the Dior perfume counter. What a lovely young lady, fantastic customer service and knew her stuff on the perfumes she was talking to us about. Absolute credit to the store and the brand she was representing. Thank you x

Shocking service on returns of faulty items lost my custom this is 5 weeks old so much for a replacement of faulty item after 30 days

I have bought lots of designer items form flannels but I purchased a Canada goose zip sweater after 5 weeks and worn once the sleeve threads came apart and the flannels online help team are not interested they are palming me off to Canada goose Even tho I read the policy flannels say after 30 days the would exchange if faulty joke well flannels you have lost a good customer I must have spent thousands in your stores and the first issue I have I get palmed off don’t think I will return that’s for sure don’t bother people no support when it’s faulty at all

Same as other reviewers, refuse to honour warranty when items faulty - just refuse the return and send the items back to you. Sports Direct in disguise. ***AVOID***

They may be cheap but unfortunately I’ve found the reason….they do not honour the manufacturer warranty on the garments they sell! Buyer Beware!!!!!

Send out appealing goods and refuse to take them back for refund??? Shocking customer service can’t answer any question straight and then stop responding. Will not buy from them again!! Avoid at all costs

Purchased a pair of Mallet trainers in July & they’ve gone faulty & materiial has come apart, shop want a receipt in which I can’t seem to find, I’ve explained I’m not asking for my money back I just them either repaired or replaced they are refusing without a receipt I wouldn’t mind but they were £170 you wouldn’t expect to have to return them, I’ve been treated disgracefully by this Company, i will put them all over Social media if I have to.

Flannels a quality store with some quality brands and items and have shopped here for years but I’m giving it a 1 star just because of the companies policies ect are laughable. Iv purchased some more cp company tops earlier this year all xl and fit fine so few days ago in the sale I ordered the cp bomber jacket in xl with other item online and paid for fast delivery due to flying out to my grandparents in afew days time the jacket came late which I will give that to flannel they refunded my delivery cost but I tried the jacket on for less than a min but because its slim it was to tight but loved it so I drove to the store just to change the item a size up but when got there was told I can’t exchange in store because I purchased online wtf what a joke so I explained I have a flight booked but still they said can’t exchange because purchased online. So I spoke to someone online who said I can’t exchange I have to send it back they reimburse me and then I buy it again what another joke. My point was that if I do this then I won’t get my £100 voucher for spending over a certain amount during Black Friday where I was told I won’t be no longer eligible for this as I will be returning a item getting my money back and then having to buy it again. I then said well why can’t I send it you back you exchange it for the same item just the next size up where I was told ok what size do you need then she mysteriously said they don’t have the size I want in stock so won’t be able to exchange and will have to send it back. But on the website it said it was in stock I took a photo and sent it her showing they had it in stock where she then didn’t answer my question a couple of times she was just basically saying just go to shop and buy it again and send this 1 back and I asked several time if I did this would I get my money back on the one sending back and will I get my voucher still for spending over a certain amount where she never actually answered and instead said she will contact the store in Sheffield to see if I can exchange even tho I’d drove there esrlirr this day and she said she would be back in touch to let me know but I won’t be eligible for the voucher if I go buy it again and just send this 1 back so 3hr later still not heard anything back still not resolved. I own a buisness so best advice to anyone is don’t phone them if you have issues do it through chat on website then screen shot everything then you have proof for ombudsman if ever needed as it never said on my receipt or on website while procesed it thst I can’t return this to a flannels store for exchange ect then go to ombudsman

Purchased a coat for my wife for Christmas , went into store 2 days later with her browsing she made a comment on how bad the coat was that I had actually brought without knowing I had brought it her . Spoke with a sales assistant and made her aware of my situation and that my wife liked another coat in there and could she go get me that coat in the size I wanted and also purchased a gilet coat to match, i explained that if I got these coats today could I bring my other one back and get my payment back she assured me I could , at this point I was never aware of the no refund policy. Called back to the shop a week later to return the original coat only to to be told I had to have a credit note as the do not do refunds This practice is awful and they get away with this by having a tiny notice on the till in amongst other small promotional offers stating no refunds The sales assistant is also to blame as she knew my situation and could easily have told me this and explained to bring my coat back in exchange for the new one

Ordered a pair of joggers online. There was only one photograph on the website and when I received them it was clear they weren’t as pictured online. That’s not the bad bit… I Went into the Liverpool store to return them, after making a special trip to the city centre. I was told “we can’t accept returns that were ordered online, we only return items that were bought in store”. Annoying but okay, I’ll just have to go through the entire process of doing it online. After going through the rigmarole of putting in my order number etc I then HAVE TO PAY £4.95 TO RETURN THE ITEM?!! IS THIS A JOKE? I get turned down in store for a return, made to go through the hassle of doing it online and then going to a post office and to top it off… I’m forced to pay. Absolute joke of a company.

Received a moth-eaten jumper. Repair not practical, item to be binned. Customer service couldn't be bothered. Avoid, pay no heed to discount codes etc. You'll thank me later.

They sent me the wrong size shoes to the wrong address. When I eventually tracked the shoes down and sent them back at my own cost, they refused the return and refund. Truly atrocious behaviour.

AVOID USING, I purchased £600 of clothing and the delivery didn’t happen, the driver took a picture of my neighbours bin, apparently a ‘John’ signed for the parcel yet a John isn’t known at the address, neither flannels or DPD are willing to help, so I’ve paid that money and received no items. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT

I purchased a pair of moschino mesh trainers, (cost £235) I had worn the shoes 12-15 occasions the sole on left shoe had come away and the right was also starting to fail, I had owned the shoes just over 13 month's but as stated above had very little use only wearing for special occasions, was cleaned and stored correctly after each use. Contacted customer service The trainer's are still in warranty, they advised me to return the trainer's and they would be inspected. The trainer's was returned and with a letter saying wear and tear! The trainer's are still in excellent condition other than the soles that have come away and are unusable. When I received the trainer's back I was not happy with this conclusion as the trainer's are like new but are unusable. I contacted customer services again and was advised to get a independent opinion which I did, I got two written independent inspections done with both coming to the same conclusion the glue had failed and this was not due to wear and tear. I then got back in-touch with customer service and was told they would not except the two independent inspections as they wasn't on letter headed paper even though they was signed and had contact details to verify. Customer services then said I would need a official independent inspection from timpsons, I proceed to do this and timpsons customer service said they where not willing to do it for legal reasons. I now have have two independent written inspection, a timpsons employee in agreement this is NOT WEAR AND TEAR it is a fault with the glue. The situation is very frustrating I've Lost so much time running around jumping through the hoops flannels have requested, constantly moving the goal posts to avoid a refund or replacement. I have now hit a brick wall Which I believe was the intention of flannels from the start. All in all very disappointed with the whole experience and I advise people to think carefully before spending hard your earned money with flannels.

Never again! Purchased a Balmain bag in October as a Christmas present. The bag has never been used but I recently went to use it and one of the rivets is missing from the Balmain logo clasp and the remaining three are loose, causing the clasp to fall off. I sent photos to Flannels to demonstrate. Flannels are unable to offer return for repair or refund as the bag was purchased over 6 months ago - instead they are asking me to obtain in independent inspection report before they will consider. The only place I can find a place that undertakes this type of report is £135 and the amount will not be reimbursed. Balmain are unable to assist as it was not purchased directly from them and they will not honour warranty/guarantee. The bag is unusable.

This is my first purchase with Flannels and admittedly it would be the last. I brought a pair of trainers which were on sale to take abroad with me which were on next day delivery however I was not in but rearranged to my work address. I was given a delivery slot which I was grateful for however the given time elapsed. So out of curiosity I went to our main reception and found my delivery - two things were strange here.... One I never received delivery confirmation and two the box was opened. I thought it was a case where I had the delivery rescheduled the box has gone through a bit of rough and tumble but it gets worse. I open the box at my desk to find a flannel bag & a trainer box without the trainers. I immediately raised this with Flannels to which they investigated but their timeframes are ridiculous "The investigation can sometimes take up to 28 working days to be fully resolved" At this point, I am expected to wait 28 working days and still be down £139. Thankfully a few working days later I was informed that allegedly I contacted DPD who said I confirmed the case as settled. One why would I go to a courier to who I haven't paid the money and two why would I waste my own time by defending my case to Flannels and then accepting with DPD - It does not make logical sense. When I wrote back with this, I was suddenly met with "DPD is accepting liability for this lost parcel and we are now submitting a claim against them for this to hold them accountable. This will take no longer than 10-15 working days to be carried out. Once this has been completed, we can then look to either refund". What a strange contradiction. So now we finally have a conclusion and DPD have admitted they have thieved my purchase I am now forced to wait for a multi-million-pound company to retrieve their money before I can even receive my refund. I am glad it was only the shoes I ordered and did not spend a bomb. I have sent multiple emails since asking for an update but I am currently being ignored. Quick enough to take your money but make you wait until they are repaid in order to give you your money back. Perhaps this is how they remain a million-pound company.
