They sent me the wrong size shoes to the wrong address. When I eventually tracked the shoes down and sent them back at my own cost, they refused the return and refund. Truly atrocious behaviour.

AVOID USING, I purchased £600 of clothing and the delivery didn’t happen, the driver took a picture of my neighbours bin, apparently a ‘John’ signed for the parcel yet a John isn’t known at the address, neither flannels or DPD are willing to help, so I’ve paid that money and received no items. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT

I purchased a pair of moschino mesh trainers, (cost £235) I had worn the shoes 12-15 occasions the sole on left shoe had come away and the right was also starting to fail, I had owned the shoes just over 13 month's but as stated above had very little use only wearing for special occasions, was cleaned and stored correctly after each use. Contacted customer service The trainer's are still in warranty, they advised me to return the trainer's and they would be inspected. The trainer's was returned and with a letter saying wear and tear! The trainer's are still in excellent condition other than the soles that have come away and are unusable. When I received the trainer's back I was not happy with this conclusion as the trainer's are like new but are unusable. I contacted customer services again and was advised to get a independent opinion which I did, I got two written independent inspections done with both coming to the same conclusion the glue had failed and this was not due to wear and tear. I then got back in-touch with customer service and was told they would not except the two independent inspections as they wasn't on letter headed paper even though they was signed and had contact details to verify. Customer services then said I would need a official independent inspection from timpsons, I proceed to do this and timpsons customer service said they where not willing to do it for legal reasons. I now have have two independent written inspection, a timpsons employee in agreement this is NOT WEAR AND TEAR it is a fault with the glue. The situation is very frustrating I've Lost so much time running around jumping through the hoops flannels have requested, constantly moving the goal posts to avoid a refund or replacement. I have now hit a brick wall Which I believe was the intention of flannels from the start. All in all very disappointed with the whole experience and I advise people to think carefully before spending hard your earned money with flannels.

Never again! Purchased a Balmain bag in October as a Christmas present. The bag has never been used but I recently went to use it and one of the rivets is missing from the Balmain logo clasp and the remaining three are loose, causing the clasp to fall off. I sent photos to Flannels to demonstrate. Flannels are unable to offer return for repair or refund as the bag was purchased over 6 months ago - instead they are asking me to obtain in independent inspection report before they will consider. The only place I can find a place that undertakes this type of report is £135 and the amount will not be reimbursed. Balmain are unable to assist as it was not purchased directly from them and they will not honour warranty/guarantee. The bag is unusable.

This is my first purchase with Flannels and admittedly it would be the last. I brought a pair of trainers which were on sale to take abroad with me which were on next day delivery however I was not in but rearranged to my work address. I was given a delivery slot which I was grateful for however the given time elapsed. So out of curiosity I went to our main reception and found my delivery - two things were strange here.... One I never received delivery confirmation and two the box was opened. I thought it was a case where I had the delivery rescheduled the box has gone through a bit of rough and tumble but it gets worse. I open the box at my desk to find a flannel bag & a trainer box without the trainers. I immediately raised this with Flannels to which they investigated but their timeframes are ridiculous "The investigation can sometimes take up to 28 working days to be fully resolved" At this point, I am expected to wait 28 working days and still be down £139. Thankfully a few working days later I was informed that allegedly I contacted DPD who said I confirmed the case as settled. One why would I go to a courier to who I haven't paid the money and two why would I waste my own time by defending my case to Flannels and then accepting with DPD - It does not make logical sense. When I wrote back with this, I was suddenly met with "DPD is accepting liability for this lost parcel and we are now submitting a claim against them for this to hold them accountable. This will take no longer than 10-15 working days to be carried out. Once this has been completed, we can then look to either refund". What a strange contradiction. So now we finally have a conclusion and DPD have admitted they have thieved my purchase I am now forced to wait for a multi-million-pound company to retrieve their money before I can even receive my refund. I am glad it was only the shoes I ordered and did not spend a bomb. I have sent multiple emails since asking for an update but I am currently being ignored. Quick enough to take your money but make you wait until they are repaid in order to give you your money back. Perhaps this is how they remain a million-pound company.

THIRD-CLASS SERVICE FOR LUXURY BRANDS: *BEWARE OF RETURNS POLICY* Just tried to return an item to find out that they only offer an exchange or credit note for items bought in store. I spoke to the store and also customer services. Unlike most legitimate retailers, they operate to the LEGAL *MINIMUM* STANDARDS. No customer care. Very computer says 'no'.

Horrendous customer service. I ordered a pair of New Balance shoes and the parcel arrived in a bad condition and the snickers were missing from the parcel. I contacted them and asked me to wait 28 days for them to investigate, only to tell me after a month that they checked their CCTV footage and that they can confirm the they shipped the item. Well, maybe you sent them, but I never got the items I ordered! I do not recommend buying from this store, their customer service is useless and very slow. I will have to contact my bank now and ask them to chargeback.

Not sure what it is about these stores, as can't put my finger on the problem? My wife and I often shop at high end stores both direct with manufacturers and Selfridges. This is just my opinion, but it just seems like a bit of a jumble sale of stuff that is last season or lower quality and questionably genuine goods? kinda like a "posher" TK Max!! : -) The staff are "stuck up" and not interested AND NO CASH REFUNDS!! Won't be visiting again.

11th Day and been told by 2 different CS employees that it will take upto 30 days or 40 days for a reply to where my parcel is (even though we all know and have proof that its in your warehouse, This is FLANNELS recommeded courier company through there website (RM). Your employees can't even give a correct time scale as its all a SCAM to keep my money. Please read all the other 1 stars there all saying the same parcel has gone missing and no refunds when its not gone missing some one in your warehouse has stolen it or misplaced it and your customers are being held responsible for mistakes, did get a response this morning and have a guess what they said....rest assured we're investing the matter!! What for 5 weeks 🤔

Order number FLAN40000070958689 I had a horrible experience with Flannels I made a return for 2 items: givenchy shirt that costs £229 because of the horrible quality it seemed not authentic one! and boss shirt that costs £55 And the tracking of the return showed that it’s delivered to them but they said they received nothing and they going to raise an investigation with the courier company to check where it is and who received it! After long of time no one get back to me and i kept on chasing them and contacting them every now and then for 4 months and every time they wonder what’s the problem and they look like they know nothing about it and ask me to tell them whole story again and afterwards they replay they still investigating and at the last time they said it’s not our responsibility it’s yours who made the return and it’s not their business and they received nothing and they will not help me and they didn’t tell me what’s the investigation results It seems they didn’t ever bother themselves to investigate it and they were lying to me plus the horrible quality of the givenchy shirt Definitely flannels is the one who lost my return parcel not Royal Mail and this is because their obvious careless, irresponsibility and the worst service It ended up with losing £284 and having a horrible experience with such company! Flannels is a big scammer and the worst customer service ever I told them I’d share my feedback everywhere and they didn’t ever care about it and they told me do whatever i want!!

Absolutely appalling service. I returned a pair of sneakers that were faulty and was promised a refund. 6 weeks later and many emails and message chats later, I’m still waiting. Disgraceful.

I had made an order for an outfit for my sons birthday party. I was going out to celebrate his birthday on the day of delivery so requested the parcel to be delivered to my garden which was safe, while out celebrating I received an email saying my parcel was delivered when checking the delivery picture it was left out in the open right in the middle of my doorstep. I obviously started to panick but was so far from home , when I returned my parcel was not longer outside my house as it wasn't delivered safely and left in the place I requested. I am not being told I requested my parcel to be left in a safe place in which it was left , I requested it to left in my garden very clear instructions. I have now lost out on £130 and my son was left with no outfit for his party I am absolutely shocked with this service and it is unacceptable. I have been going back and forwards with emails and getting no where plus there is no phone number to actually speak to someone.

No Refund for £175. I ordered 3 items online  and decided to keep 1 and returned 2. I was only refunded for 1 of the items I returned. They argued for months, eventually after submitting a Section 75 with the credit they agreed to refund me the money as long as I cancelled the section 75. I cancelled the Section 75 and then they claimed the credit card company never returned the money to them, even after providing written evidence from the credit card company. I'm £175 out of pocket and would never risk buying anything from them again. The company operates multiple names including Flannels, USC, House of Fraser, Tessuti,Sports Direct, Jack Wills, Game, Scotts Menswear, I Saw it First, Missguided and many more. Not worth running the risk of never receiving your refund. My Order was with house of fraser, but Flannels is owned by the same company and returns are processed at the same location.

I will never order from this company again - they owe me £300. It affected my family and Christmas last year. I placed an order then chose to return items, sent back the items (had to pay for the refund), chased it up for 6 months. Nothing. In the end I had to give up. I emailed approx. 8 times over the span of 6 months. Today as a last ditch attempt I contacted them again, but they closed the chat before the conversation had even reached a conclusion. Nobody helped. I kept proof of the return and asked for the receipt from the post office, sent them that, I sent the order number. Work in finance so may contact Trading Standards regarding this trading practice. I urge you not to order from this website or store. I know that they received my return as used tracked postage and they did not send back my money, for whatever reason. Non-specific to Flannels, this is a common type of fraudulent/scamming business model. I have been so patient. Never had such a negative experience from a company in my life.

Refused refund/exchange on some trainers that were missing a part of the heel. Blamed wear and tear (even though they were a month old) Totally ignored consumer rights act. Had to contact my bank to issue a chargeback on the transaction to receive money back. Do not buy anything from this company. There are plenty of other shops to go to.

POOR COMPANY, don't take responsibility of faulty designer goods, blames the customer with no evidence. Said can get 2nd opinion from them. A 2nd opinion should be by a independent company and not by flannels who will blame the customer

Absolutely disgusted in the customer service received. I would go as far as saying I received an unforgettable experience. Within my review I will be describing people by their sex as Flannels staff are not obliged to provide their name or display a name badge. This has been also confirmed through contacting customer services. Firstly, there's no contact number for this store for a reason as there's ZERO aftercare. I purchased a pair of sliders which within 15 days of purchasing became (what I believe as..) faulty. The glue on the outsides of each slider came loose. Upon entering this branch, a female staff accepted the item as faulty and allowed me to search for an alternate product whilst a manager processed the exchange. Upon returning to the desk with a replacement; I was advised by another colleague (female #2) of the same level, the fault is deemed wear and tear. The soles of the sliders were brand new and had never been worn outdoors. I advised they have been worn twice only indoors. The female then passed the transaction onto another colleague (female #3) who along with the other two staff failed to provide a name. She did however advise she is a supervisor and that no managers were present. I then challenged the supervisors opinion that anything worn even once falls under a blanket wear and tear category which means theres zero grounds for a return unless the product fell apart in the box (not possible). The quality and workmanship can only be tested by using the product. God forbid, I used these outdoors or on holiday; they would have fallen apart. The initial female (#1) who was dark skinned avoided the situation and moved away as she could clearly see I was now being targeted by female #2/#3 who showed a clear disregard to the situation and using bullying tactics to suppress my queries. I immediately felt targeted for challenging the opinion with justified reasons. I proceeded to ask how I could identify the two, to customer services, but was quite rudely asked to just leave. Before leaving I took a description of the lead individual to feedback as part of my complaint before the staff escalated to becoming verbally aggressive and slipping out her name as Kat. I proceeded to leave after being told I'd never be welcome ever again (Why Kat thought I'd ever want to come back other than for a refund is beyond me). Upon exiting a young member of staff felt the need to put his hand on my back pushing me out whilst I was pretty much out the door. This will form part of my complaint and be evident on CCTV. I have a record of contacting customer services and having confirmed that stitching/glue coming apart is definitely deemed as faulty especially associated with sliders regardless of use. Upon carrying out research, I have found there to be a reoccurring theme in Flannels returns/exchange policy as a whole based off customer feedback. I just hope I had known this sooner. I have now logged a formal complaint and will return to purchasing direct from the manufacturers or using credible retailers such as, Tessuti. Judging by the masses of negative reviews stating complaints are not being actioned accordingly; I will be taking legal action.

Recently purchased a jacket worth 1150£ I didn't like the jacket so I returned it and they gave me a credit note which is fine but now I am trying to buy a different jacket and every time I chose something they don't have a size and I am not choosing the sales items either, willing to buy the jacket on the original price. I called customer service and they are saying go to the store and try if the manager can give you a refund when I spoke to the shop manager she said to ring customer service to see if they can help you this the worse customer service I have came a cross backwards and forwards now I am stuck with my 1100£ 🙏 Never again

Stolen £1,300 from me. Having to take them to court. Ordered two coats around the 20th November worth approx £1,300. I never received the package, and they are refusing to refund. I have been chasing for two months and dealt with totally incompetent customer service who have lied consistently and every time I receive a response it's an entirely different story from them. Do not order from here, read on for further details. The package was due to arrive in mid November, and while I was away I received notification and a photo showing the parcel had been left outside the front door of my flat, despite me not agreeing to have it left there (who would agree to have items of that value left outside their front door in London?). Upon returning to my flat the parcel was no longer there. I checked with all my neighbours and no one had seen it. I contacted Flannels straight away who then opened a case with DPD. Over the following two months they've come back with numerous stories, including: The parcel is in the cleaners cupboard. The parcel was nicked by a cleaner. The parcel is at a DPD pickup shop. The parcel was discovered by a cleaner and then I'd told DPD that I now have it and they can close the case. And finally, over two months and more lies than I can count later, that it was left outside my neighbours door (no longer my door, even though the photo clearly shows it's my door) and that this is now considered a civil matter and that I should speak to my local authority about it. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from this 'premium' retailer. I've given them enough time and information to help them resolve the matter, and today have been told that I won't be getting the coats I ordered, or a refund. Unfortunately I'm going to have to take the matter to court myself, but please don't ignore the other 1* reviews on here, and avoid these scam artists at all costs.
