I find it astonishing that when I pay for delivery and the order is not correct that I have to pay more delivery return fees only to pay yet again more delivery fees so the correct order can be sent out to me. There should be an in store return policy if bought online as, and I understand it’s a cheeky way to earn money, my hard earned money is literally being drained just so I can receive my products correctly. I am also confused as I returned a product I purchased online back to what I presume is the shipping department but I don’t understand how I will receive my money back?

Sent wrong item, paid 11 quid to send it back to get exchanged, received wrong item again, never got a reply from customer service email, will not be ordering again.

I was so disappointed with my parcels, I bought Alexander McQueen socks and Burberry socks and a expensive hat, NOT ONE OF THESE ITEMS CAME IN A NICE BOX! All In plastic bags I’m so annoyed packaging was disgusting.

My items from the same order came separately which I was told about and then on the second delivery when the second half came, an item was missing which was in stock on the website, I then called up to see where the item was to be told it was out of stock.... which I wasn’t told about until actually ringing myself.

1 part of my order was missing. I didn't get an email or notification informing me of this. It took me to email customer service to get a reply the next day explaining the item was delayed form the warehouse and would be received within the next few days. The missing item has now arrived.

I bought a pair of jimmy Choo shoes, which arrived in an imperfect condition(looked like they had been either taken off a shop floor or exposed to external elements in the warehouse with rust marks). I immediately contacted customer services for an exchange but they haven’t responded efficiently. It takes 72 hours for them to respond to each email and even after sending 4 emails they still haven’t responded to my request. I am very disappointed!
