Only part of the order arrived. Follow up communication indicated that the rest would follow and be received by a certain date. That date has passed and I still don’t know where the rest of the order is or whether it will be sent.

Order was correct but delivery service poor,I had to have my 6.99 Next day delivery fee refunded as it took an extra three days

Service and product was fine but was very disappointed having to pay £6.99 for delivery. To be spending a lot of money on high end products I would not expect delivery to be that much.

Ordered pair of jeans but are too big so will be sending them bk Also Thursday I ordered a pair of jeans paid ten pound delivery and still not arrived and today is Monday

Ordered 2 products: a polo and a t shirt. Was very happy with the polo. Looked identical to how it appeared on the website, material was very nice and the fit was good too. However, tried the t shirt on and it looked massive on me (which I was very surprised about as I had ordered a small). I checked the inner label to find that the t shirt was actually a large that had been labelled up as a small incorrectly. Obviously I understand that mistakes happen but because of this, I had to pay for delivery to send this top back to flannels because of a mistake of theirs which was out of my hands, which in my opinion is wrong.

Slightly disappointed that full order could not be honoured yet item was still available on website. If I want to order now I will need to pay for postage. Received goods were perfect

I was really surprised to learn that customers not only have to pay for shipping but for the return as well. It's not really great service given the amount you already spend on goods in flannels.

The sweatshirt is lovely however the packaging was very poor , if I had paid full price and received a £120 hoody in a bit of polythene I would have been extremely disappointed

Expensive for returns so not really as much of a bargain as I expected when ordering. Order also came in 3 parcels but no communication to advise this and no number to call customer service you have to email.

Products perfect but would never order again as delivery at £6.99 is absolutely scandalous. Only went through with this order as had picked all items before saw delivery price. Won’t pay that again.

Delivery was good and quick but I wouldn’t use flannels again simply for the cost of delivery and no free returns. Cost me £15 just to find out a jacket didn’t fit. No free returns is really bad as you have to do this quite a lot when buying online.

Easy ordering process with guest check out. Delivery was prompt. Item did not fit so took to Flannels shop directly as after spending that much I don’t think paying postage back is acceptable, but store refused to refund me as only in store exchanges. I also asked to see if a stone island jacket was avail as it was taken off website, told only two left in oxford.. asked to order to store but apparently unable to do this and I would have to travel to oxford for it. I find this riddiculous.

Not many retailers these days charge customers for returns/exchanges. I have had to pay£11 to exchange a jacket as it was too small. I can understand it may deter shoppers who regularly order and return items without purchasing but for an exchange I find this a bit much.

The products are great, but the customer service from some the staff needs to be worked on. They come across as quite snooty. No eye contact and forced smiles. I've shopped in much more expensive places and been treated way more friendly.
