My order arrived very late even though I paid for express delivery

Had the hoodie delivered to store and was surprised it was £6.99 postage! I asked in store if I could order there but was told I would have to go home and order online myself, not a massive issue but not the customer service I get in Selfridges. Hoodie arrived and is great, some members of staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Good selection of goods in store but disappointed in the range of sizes hence having to order on line unfortunately because we could not try on in store the item did not fit therefore we are having to return it also very unhappy that we had to pay £6.99 to have item delivered to store and now having to pay to return it , so would not be in a hurry to order on line again

Paid £10 for delivery took one item for a refund to store which I couldn’t have so had to spend another £7.50 to return this so wasn’t very pleased

Staff helpful, stupid if you need to return something and they don’t have a certain size in store you have to order online and pay for delivery at a ridiculous price. The experience would be better if items could be ordered into store free of charge especially when it’s just a change of size.

Hi there i have purchased 2 items ( Michal kors shoes and D&G belt) the shoes was perfect however i was a little disappointed in the belt. To start with, the box came scratched and the belt it self had a scratch near the D&G logo, i did purchase it as a sail item, however it was not mentioned anywhere that the belt had a scratch.

The price of postage is very expensive. My items arrived separately with no email to explain this was going to happen, like your website says. Customer service team didn’t respond to my last question.

I ordered two T-shirt’s, both arrived swiftly. Upon opening one of the T-shirt’s it had print on the back of the shirt which I wasn’t aware of when purchasing the T-shirt. The pictures of the T-shirt didn’t show the back. I do like the fit of this t-shirt so I am happy to keep it however wouldn’t have ordinarily have ordered it if I had known about the print of the back prior to purchase.

The clothes are good quality and the sales are a great chance to bag a bargain. It is however a night mare to get through on the phone ?! And extremely expensive to send returns..... the recent order I bought cost nearly £600 and was not even sent out in the nice canvas bags ? Instead my clothes came is cheap plastic bags ? I was very disappointed? Not even a flannels bag inside to present the gift to my son with ? I am a long standing customer, and worry that my custom means nothing any more to your company??

Quick delivery although it arrived in 2 packaged and I wasn’t advised. Spending a large amount of money and not even a gift bag/box was added

I ordered a pair of shoes for a gift for my partner and they sent out 2 left shoes in two different boxes, took 2 days to collect them and still awaiting new pair. For the price I paid I expect a better service

The delivery was quick, however I begrudge paying a hefty delivery charge when I have already spent £695 on an item. Also, I was expecting a Gucci dust bag (as I purchased a Gucci handbag) but received a van.mildert one (no idea who they are). I contacted customer services and was told that the depot probably forgot to send it and was going to request that one was sent to me if available.

I saw a jacket in store was informed size not available in store or online Looked online and the size was available High cost for delivery Not quick delivery date either

At the Birmingham Merry Hill branch the manager is extremely rude ans condescending. I avoid the branch now and buy online.
