I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive until 2 days later. I therefore had to return the dress because I needed it for an event that it didn’t arrive in time for. When I purchased the item the website said I could return it instore but when I tried to do so the store manager said it was company policy not to accept returns instore. I therefore had to return online resulting in an overall spend of £15 on delivery/returns for something I needed and was advised would be available but wasn’t.

I ordered next day delivery Parcel on the 19/08 for an extra £9.99. I received an email on 20/08 stating delivery will happen on the 21/08. I stayed at home waiting for the delivery. Tried to contact courier service about my parcel but the tracking number wouldnt work, I tried the chat option but that was worse than useless and was on hold for a ridicoulas amount of time. I couldnt contact Flannels. Then I receive an email on 22/08 at 16.55 saying my parcel has been delivered, which is brilliant considering im in now on holiday in another country.. I would give you no stars if It was humanly possible, this whole ordeal has been stressful and annoying. I want a refund for my delivery charge.

Very happy with the actual bracelet, but find your service chocking! Very poor not to have customer service that can be reached via phone!!! If one pays for next day delivery and you miss that, then it is poor just to say that you will refund the delivery charge. I rearranged work and stayed in all day after you set a not to say that you would deliver on the 21 aug, but only after chasing you came back with a sorry,,,, this will now be on aug 22. Will not be shopping with you again!

Garbage! You order items, pay over the odds for postage and then you receive an email to tell you the items ordered are out of stock. Fine, I emailed and asked for a different colour etc but completely ignored and they posted the item out I could have got elsewhere and paid heck of a lot less on postage, doubt I’d shop here again.

Ordered a Stella McCartney jogging suit and the colour was nothing like the picture. Not only did I have to pay £6.99 for delivery, I then I had to pay £11.00 for the item to be returned. I will be very reluctant to purchase online in the future, very disappointing.

Ordered a hugo boss belt in size 32 (the same as my other belts) when it arrived I could barely get it to fit into the last hole and felt like I was playing a game of pop up pirate. They charge you for delivery and also make you pay for the return so an unfit item even if you send it back will cost you £10. Will not use again.

I have ordered a pair of Y3 shoes on 1st of August. I paid for faster postage as they were a birthday present for my friend. I still haven’t received the shoes, no one has replied to my email, but of course money has been taken from my account. Absolutely disgusting service considering you sell expensive and well known brands. It’s pretty embarrassing...

This a without a doubt the worst online retailer for customer service and shoddy goods . I returned a cardigan which I had to pay postage for in exchange for a small which is still showing in stock today . They inform me the small is out of stock and refund just the money for the item ! They should refund the cost of postage too if the item isn't in stock . Appalled you get away with this . Rubbish Company .... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Sent my item back when I didn’t ask for that to happen and was told it was because attempted delivery happened three times however it had not even entered my country/island yet. I was told a new one would be sent but it still hasn’t been sent and my order was sent back 4 days ago. Still haven’t had any comformation of a new parcel or had a refund although that is not what I want I want the new shoes. Confused and disappointed

Hello I have purchased many times from flannels And always been brilliant service However on this occasion the product was faulty and has been returned If possible can I have a refund on post and packaging as this is not acceptable As you can see in the pictures below the item has clearly got blue dye on the sole of the shoe this is not acceptable or professional as a company to ship the product Am not a very happy customer

32" waste pants more like 29", cost a nearly 7 pound to have delivered and 4 pound to send back, local Store wouldn't except them or send them back either for me, and its not as if the store couldn't do with more people through the door very poor service

I recently purchased a Versace small hoody and in the description it also said “fit true to sizing” however when it arrived it was a huge small size. I therefore had to return it which cost me £6,99 originally and £10 to return it, ridiculous prices which will not be returned. I took it to store before sending it back and was told only exchanges are available in store but no refunds. Not happy At all, I spend hundreds of pounds in this store

Normally fantastic service but you only find out about a company until something goes wrong order was five days late coming 3 extra visits to pickup shop parcel had been opened no paperwork missing etc no one immediatley contactable at flannels to inform them dpd service was laughable promised a phone call 3 times still waiting given 4 different delivery dates then put on hold 1-42 mins then cut off trying to tell them the parcel had been opened never never again

Terrible, wouldn't use again..ordered pre next day cut off and the item wasn't shipped as promised, no response to email, instagram or twitter requests for an update..left hanging until the tracking number was provided
