Unlike other High End Dedigners websites Flannels charges delivery and charges for return postage, better sites selling same stuff out there with free returns etc.....

Terrible service, sent the incorrect item at £6.99 delivery charge. Emailed initially to say I had received the incorrect item, first of all they requested a photograph before issuing a returns note. I returned the said item & yet no response from customer service regarding the order, after finally getting through to someone she said I needed to state what I wanted, a refund or a replacement?! Well I’m sorry but common sense should suffice that I would want the CORRECT item I had originally ordered surely!!!?? For a start if you send the incorrect item and have taken money from someone’s account you should endeavour to rectify this as quickly as possible! After such poor communication I emailed advising that I wanted a full refund including the delivery charge of £6.99, still no response. Several days later (after the returned item had been revived on their end) I received a response saying the return will be processed in 5-7 working days. This just isn’t good enough, I could understand if it was a general return but it was their mistake and they’re quick to take your money & charge £6.99 all they had to do was simply double check the order before posting it to a customer!!!!!! So two weeks later and still no refund, however I did order a case from a different company with a cheaper delivery charge and it was delivered the next day & it was the correct item. Not so difficult after all!!!

they shipped my parcel and on the same day they called DPD to return them the parcel without to inform me why ... I have sent more than 30 emails and no answer, I have called them and was waiting more than 45 mn , forget this shop, their customer service is like a ghost.

Wont be shopping here again. Received the ‘jumper’ i brought and it was as thin as a tshirt. Standard delivery was £7 which is double anywhere else and i also had to pay to return the item which a lot of shops have a free returns label.

On buying the goods I get a £7.00 extra charge for delivery, on receiving the goods, the wallet was not quite what I thought but the 2 tee shirts in my opinion we’re of poor quality, hence me sending all the goods back. Then just to rub it in a bit further, I have to pay to send it back. This was the 1st time I have bought from you and I can confirm it will be the last. Very very disappointing.

I received an e mail to say my order had been cancelled at my request. I did not cancel it. I asked for an explanation and instead of receiving one I was merely told my money would be refunded. Next I receive an e mail from DPT saying they were awaiting my order. After the weekend that information had disappeared. Appalling service. Will never order again.

Missing order took 5 days after the delivery date given!!! Had a next day delivery on a pair of stone island jeans which came with no badge. Very dissopionted

I ordered a size 9 in Mallet Footwear and was provided with a size 10. I then had to pay £11 for the postage to return the items as you cannot go into store with an online order. On attempting to re-order the shoe in correct size, I found there were none in stock. Plus, a 5-7 day wait for a refund which I currently in the middle of. There is no phone number in order to speak to someone quickly to resolve the issue either. Currently waiting for my refund for my Shoes and then I am told I have to submit another request for the refund of the postage.

I paid for next day delivery. Item cane a day after the initial date which was mentioned. It cost £10 for next day delivery. On top of that the size was too big in fitting. Returned the item had to pay another £5 for recorded delivery. All in all it cost me £15 for a top that didn’t fit. Where’s the sense in that. Very disappointed won’t be using flannels again.

Bought two pairs of Jimmy Choo pumps. On the Flannels website they were listed for GBP 395. I received them two days ago and the bottom of the shoes had them marked on clearance for GBP 195!!! Flannels should be ashamed of themselves! I wrote to their customer service department and have yet to receive a response. Maybe I should post my review on Facebook, Google and Twitter too and see how happy other customers are to shop online so they can get taken too?

Really disappointed is an understatement. My Fianće gave me Money to order myself a Vivienne Westwood necklace for a treat for my birthday. We have never been out in over a year and obviously I wanted it to wear. Ordered it and received a bracelet. I had to then take pictures as they believed that I was lying. Don't have anything and still waiting for them to get back to me to say wether they have it in stock or to get a refund. Shocking service.

It has been A WHOLE WEEK since i paid for my order (400£) and my order remained stuck on “ready for shipment” status. More than that, i have sent an email to costumer service 4DAYS AGO and still got no response, even if it says clearly on the site that it would not take more than 72 hours for a response. Very poor costumer support, i could have at least been provided a damned contact number so that i could talk to someone and not wait a whole week for nothing refreshing my emails. I will be asking for a refund if it does not update to picked by courier services in 48 hours as i have not ordered from bloody aliexpress to deserve that wait time.

Well I got sent the wrong shoes which I paid £90 for customer service to be useless and he shoes I ordered are not the one size I recived there nothing like what I ordered and the best thing about this all is the shoes I got sent are not even in there website absolute joke

The fact that you can't return online orders to the store is a disgrace, after already paying extortionate delivery fees I have to then incur further costs to return the item! I will not be purchasing anything from flannels Again!
