Tried to ring the Southport and Liverpool stores to check an item but neither store answered their phones. Worse of all is you can not get delivery to a store and therefore have to pay £7.99 charge and this is not even next day!!!

Courier delivery the package to the agreed location only to take it back the same day / immediately same driver. Despite speaking to the courier, they have returned to Flannels and I still without what I bought.

Item arrived faulty. Sent back, haven’t had an email back regarding refund/haven’t received the refund and had to pay £8.40 postage to return faulty item.

Bought four pair of trainers and two were not perfect as the colour shades differ from pair to pair and one of the trainers got dirty marks all over it It could have been very helpful if these fault were on the description letting customers know that’s why they’ve been reduced to 70% as this will not be a surprise when customers received their trainers as it will not be a fresh pair

Product came with security tag on so now have to take in store to get removed. A bit annoying as purchased online for convenience.

Ordered a £250 T shirt sized medium. It arrived dirty and was the incorrect fit as described on the website. It was advertised as a regular fit but it was one of those giant fitting T shirt like what rappers wear. And you have to pay for delivery and return postage for the faulty items to Flannels.

The delivery from DPD did not even attempt to knock on the door to deliver item. He took a photo from the outside and sent it through as ‘no one at home’. I was home all day and even used the app to track the driver. Immediately after the driver drove off, I called the customer line and spoke to a very rude, unhelpful and arrogant women called ‘Michelle’. After explaining what had happened, she immediately started blaming me. I couldn’t believe my ears! What type of customer service manager hired her?! She was so rude, didn’t listen and started ranting on the phone to me. I couldn’t believe the diabolical service I have recieved. I will NOT be recommending this site or service to anyone. I hope someone reads this and takes some action. Train youar staff on communication, active listening and interpersonal skills. Absolutely Dreadful customer service!

Very disappointed, they’re a designer shop but the sale assistants have no manners . Paid £320 for a pair of shoes , went back the next day as they were the wrong size . Did not get an answer. Will not recommend to buy from them !!

I think the prices are ideal at a bargain however, using Dpd as a delivery service is ridiculous. I had orders refused due to driver visiting wrong address and order returned. All in all need to change delivery service

Messed up my order and it came a week later than it should, I was told I would get a full refund for the inconvenience which they did do but then a few days later they then took the money out of my account again and refused to give it back even though they already told me they had refunded the full amount paid

Items were delivered 5 days later than expected, and a zero response from customer services - the only time something changed was when I applied for a refund from Pay Pal. The items I eventually received seemed to have been a return item - either that or there's a cat on the premises. And the cat owner has blonde hair.

Sent item back 5 days ago, still had no reply as to where my exchange is or whether or not il be receiving a refund. The item was sent back and it was signed for. Communication leaves a lot to be desired
