Very troublesome transaction extremely difficult to deal with when contacted customer service team My original order was cancelled by flannels then I had a 10 day wait for my refund to go back to my bank to enable me to re order and when my order finally arrived ( and only then because I paid additional cost for fast delivery) one shoe differed slightly in shade to the other !!! All in all I was disappointed and would think twice before ordering again

Never recived my parcel was cancelled the day of delivery very in happy as they was a present for my partner that has been waiting months to get these !!

Spent a lot of money with Flannels this week and have been a loyal customer for 10 years or so but after my most recent experience I shall not be returning! I placed an order for a pair of Fendi Trainers that we’re relieved from £655 to £330, they arrived and had a scratch in the leather on the outside right foot! Now mistakes happen but you have to ask yourself how on earth could these pass any quality control, my guess is they have none! Anyway I contacted customer services and sent them a picture, they replied fairly promptly and offered me to return them however I know for a fact this was the last pair! They then offered a partial refund of £20 which barely covers the postage cost and considering the price I paid, isn’t exactly value! I declined and won’t be spending any more money there. There are plenty more terrible reviews on other sites too!

Paid £10 for next day delivery to get an email that day to say they couldn’t deliver it 😡flaming as couldn’t wear it the night I needed it for, going to get that £10 reimbursed that’s for sure.

Placed order only to be told 2/3 days later that the item was out of stock - however, the website still showed it in stock? Re-ordered different size and paid for express delivery, thus ensuring it would be ‘picked’ sooner, also it was a birthday gift that I then needed quickly. The parcel arrived 2 days later. Being honest, I paid £9.99 to have a single belt delivered. Think I’ll still to Asos in future and get next day delivery for a whole year for the same £9.99.

My Gucci jacket arrived, crushed, snagged and with a security tag attached! I’ve emailed to ask what they’ll do about it and must wait 72 hours for a reply. Not good.

I ordered some trainings for a present for my partners birthday. I gave them to him on the day of his birthday in the packaging received from your self and the trainers were dirty! We returned them to store but he had to swap these for something else as they didn’t have the trainers in stock. The staff in the store were really helpful and they were shocked to see the dirt on the trainers. Not good really and they had clearly not been checked when you sent them out!

Customer service is literally just a bot, it is impossible to come into contact with a person online. sends shoes a size not even avaiable on their own webstore and expects me to pay for shipping to return them

Recently bought a pair of trainers online and paid £6.99 for delivery but can not return to store I have to pay for recorded delivery which will probably be over £10 to return It put me off from buying online

Use DPD as a courier, who were woeful and obtuse. Will avoid buying from Flannels as long as DPD are courier.

Paid £10 for next day delivery as needed for a party they sent a message on the day it was meant to arrive saying they can’t deliver it and will have to do it the next day, when paying £10 for delivery you expect it to stand by what it says especially from such a big company !

The jacket I ordered arrived quickly as the website stated BUT the jacket had been worn as the sleeves had dirt on both on them and there CP bag was missing on the arm!! Tried contacting customer service every day but each time they told they would send me an email About replacing the jacket but the email has failed to been sent 4 times !

I had placed the order 3 times before I got my purchase. First and second time I got an email to advise that the order was not successful which I’m glad they emailed but I then hadn’t one wait week each time for the money to get out back into maybe account before trying again. Not the first time this has happened with this website either

I was sent the wrong item, as tagged/barcoded wrong, I bought a Belstaff Roadmaster and was sent a tourmaster, I accept mistakes happen but the aftercare of sale is disinterested at best. Customer service is poor, they seemingly can’t check their own stock levels within a reasonable amount of time (3 days later they still weren’t sure if they had the jacket in stock what I paid for?!), they never call back when they say they will, opening hours for customer help line is only 9-4.30, with no weekends and a week later I’m still with out the coat I’ve paid for. Poor isn’t the word ! In regards to the incorrect item I received, it arrived in a quality flannels protective zip cloth bag (nice touch) and was sent to my requested location within two days. Had the item been what I ordered the review would’ve been 5 stars, but it’s always easy to judge when things go well, it’s more important to know how a company reacts when they don’t and in this instance they have let themselves and me down.
