28/8 I use 608£ ...something go wrong with my order....6/10 I got the half of my order.......one off the thing is sold out and I still wait for my money return.... what is going on ?????? I don’t understand I send you a lot of mail no answer......

Product arrived with a piece missing , it has then taken over a week for the missing piece to arrive (which still hasn't yet arrived). Very poor quality control and a slow customer service system considering I paid extra to have the product delivered next day and then had to wait over a week for the mistake to be rectified .

Only used as a last resort as the shipping costs are horrendous compared to competitors but the item was not available through them. Item okay and fits well but £6.99 for home delivery of a tee shirt is a joke.

Product came without brand badge - the jacket had a hole where presumably the badge should have been. Very disappointing as it was a gift. The quality was also shockingly poor for its price point. It also cost me to return it, which given the product was faulty is unfair. I have yet to receive an acknowledgement/refund but it was only returned a few days ago, so I expect I will get one soon together with my refund. So overall, unfortunately, I'm very disappointed and underwhelmed.

The online shopping experience was bad - using the app on iOS - App takes too long to load, crashes, and filter function doesn’t work well. As for the service, the most I’ve ever paid for shipping clothing items.

Ordered and paid for shoes. Order was cancelled with reason “changed mind”. I tracked parcel which made it to local depot but then was never delivered to me. Painful trying to get in touch with anyone in customer service (no phone number) and email response was vague for the reason why I wouldn’t be getting my goods. Puts me off using Flannels again.

Item had dirty mark on front of jumper,emailed them to tell them and they never replied,would not purchase again.

The trainers looked like they had previously been worn. They had crease marks on both trainers and scratch marks on one. The delivery was fast so that was positive, but I definitely would not order again.

Needed a hat to be delivered on the friday so ordered thursday paying 9.99 extra for dpd to get it to me, yes this may all be dpd and not flannels problem but its the service they used, i wrote on the dpd app if nobody in leave round the back or in porch seemed pretty easy...... friday im doing 70 down m1 to get home when i get an email sorry nobody was home we have not left your parcel so i ring dpd whilst on motorway (40 mins to answer) tell them i asked for it to be left behind house with my consent he said sorry we didnt pass that on to the driver..... he contacts the driver who agrees to drive back which would be 45 mins so im rather grateful even saying il meet him half way as really needed my hat but they said no its fine, im home in 25mins so stood waiting then hour an half passes i try to call but not going through so go to 1 on 1 live text which is pointless but the text said hes on his way leave a note on door so i did and went to an appointment as already late, 5pm arrives so 2hours plus since they was coming back i ring up once again (45mins) for them to say no he wasnt coming back at all.... so the manager listens back to my previous recorded call and says yes im so sorry they did say they would return in 45mins but he lied to you, and so did the 1 on 1 text service, from start to finish nothing worked the app the service the lies when i could have nipped to meadowhall myself and got it but chose to pay 9.99 and save me after a 5hour journey from work, and all i got was the hat 3pm the following day so all in all dont use flannels and express delivery as it will come when they can tell the truth depending if the drivers want an early finsh, il not be rushing to use again

Poor garment description. Advert said regular fit true to size. Items turned up slim fit??? Had to pay for both delivery and return costing approx £14 typical mike Ashley trick

Bought a pair of shoes for the wife when the item was received these had been worn and not just a little it looked like some poor lass had done a rodeo while being bucked by 13 African pirates eating chips and cheese. Casually stuck the stickers back on and sent them back to which flannels haven’t checked them and just sent them out to the next customer

I ordered a pair of Guiseppe Zanottis in the sale for myself and once they got here they looked asif they were dirty. I took a closer look to realise there was yellow glue all over parts of the right shoe. I then went to the store in Liverpool the following weekend to see if I ordered another pair they’d come in the same condition and once I got home they weren’t in the sale any longer. Even though they were a bargain I’m still unhappy with the condition they came in. The staff that worked in Flannels agreed they shouldn’t have looked like that and if I order another pair to request an inspection. There no longer in the sale so I’m wondering if there’s anything you can still do as I paid for these to come expecting perfect condition.

I ordered a dress and a belt , I received the belt but not the dress £330 so far Flannels Have refused to refund me my money , every poor customer service , will not ordered anything else with them
