My parcel is still stuck in customs cause apparently your courier can’t deliver it to me and then charge me the tax after it’s been sent. What kind of bullshit is this? It’s a birthday gift and the delay is just making it worse.

The security tag was still on my jeans and they told me to take it to my local flannles store to get it removed, despite the fact that i'd have to get a train to birmingham to get to my nearest store, very very very poor

Ordered 3 sets of Ralph Lauren tops and sweatshirts as gifts for Xmas (£6.99 delivery charge on an order that cost over £200), the t shirt boxes came damaged and looked shabby. I has to pay £11 to return the items. £18 down with nothing to show for it. Would not recommend at all.

I ordered three products to be delivered which I had to pay for to be delivered, there are other ways delivery to local store would be a great free option. Then my products came and the huge boss tshirt I had ordered came with a tag still in so I would have to post this back which also costs as you do not have prepaid returns labels.....bit a joke really for a company this size to be charging customers postage for items they buy and return.

I placed a order for a pair of Vivienne Westwood men’s shoes priced at 255 pounds and paid next day delivery, only to be sent the wrong shoes andway tool my complaint to resolver who work on behalf of flannels to be totally humiliated by a member of staff there I will never shop with this company again I was appalled with how I was treated

Awful customer service, I had my order in which £6.99 delivery is a rip off, they was too small and yet you have to pay to send them back! The cheek of it, I spend lots of money at flannels, and if I’m not refunded my postage I will never buy from you again.

The worst customer service I have have ever had to recieved your asking me to review an item that I’ve sent emails about what a shock it was how the parcel was recieved the box had that much dust on it was a disgrace shoes where also marked and discoloured Still waiting for a reply as this has happened not once but twice even worse I had to pay to send them back called customer service and they where also clueless

The bag I bought was faulty (the leather was scuffed). So I've tried to return it at a store near me. Only to be told that they don't do exchanges on items bought on line. So now I have to PAY to return the bag and wait to see if they have anymore in stock or get a refund. Don't think I'll buy from them again.

First time ordering from here. Ordered on a Friday and emails confirming delivery will be on Monday but did not arrive. Contacted them the following Friday and find out they have asked for it to be returned back to them with no emails to tell me. Needed this for a birthday present. No notice nothing that it will go back to them. So very disappointed!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. An item I bought was incorrectly displayed on the website, when I asked for it exchanged for the item I’d ordered they told me it was not stocked in their warehouse, even though it was on their website at two different prices. It took 4 days to finally only be offered a refund or the incorrect item back as each email reply took 24hrs. Very, very poor.

I bought YSL sunglasses and received used and dirty item with some sticky residue pealing off. Lenses were full of fingerprints.

£6.99 for delivery of item worth £270 only for it to be too small. Had to return at a price of £8.70. Paid all that money with nothing to show for it. I think it should be free delivery if you spend so much like similar companies offer and definitely free returns.

Absolute joke of delivery service! Paid an extra £5 for Sunday delivery only to be told on the day it wouldn’t be arriving. Wife had already taken a day of work tobe available to sign for it, and has now wasted a day off work. To top it all off they now expect to to rate their service on the item I bought! Which haven’t fucking got.

Had very poor experience with DPD who delivered my parcel I complained to them about me wanting a refund for my next day delivery they told me to get in touch with you as I payed for next day and got it two days later as they said my work place was closed and it wasn’t then the the day after a delay in area when I needed the item the day it was meant to get delivered I was so disgusted !!
