I haven't received my order.. DPD link shows its been dropped off and signed by Johal, but I don't have my stuff which I paid extra for next day delivery so that I get in time before I went away this weekend

Really poor service. Ordered a jumper for daughters 14th birthday by next day delivery as it wasn’t available in store only for it to arrive a week later. Then also go in to the store to find it was available all along. Not impressed !!

First time ordering from Flannels and had a terrible experience. They sent the incorrect size and when I emailed to rectify this was told that customer services is unable to communicate with the returns warehouse. Completely unhelpful so ended up giving up, will hopefully never have to use this website again.

The box I recieved was completely torn out. And the delivery with DPD is a nightmare. Had to go collect it from the depot as they updated the tracking info twice without even attempting to deliver at my house. And even there, everyone who came to collect their parcels were so annoyed about the services. Please dont use DPD in future as they are absolute uselsss people.

Well, This rate goes to the Delivery. It states that fast delivery and every time I track the parcel it always extend the expected delivery.

I'd love to be able to review the item I ordered. Sadly the muppets at DPD have either lost or stolen it so I am unable to. Just sitting here now sadly waiting for some resolution... I've given it one star for this reason although I freely admit that it's not Flannels fault, it's the awful courier service. Maybe they ought to cancel their contract and try someone else.

Ordered a pair of trainers twice and both times they arrived damaged , one pair was completely the wrong colour with the other trainer . Messaged flannels customer services 5 days ago and still haven't received a reply , both pairs have been sent back at my expense. Very poor from all at flannels

Really sorry can't give a good review. The jacket my son ordered had the lense missing off the arm .. we have emailed and reported this but it still hasn't been sorted a week on now. It's very dissapointing and my son still can't wear the jacket we have paid for ... not a great impression sorry for the first order we have placed does not give me confidence in ordering again .. just want this order to be put right!!

The whole process is a fucking joke. I order a bag and theres a problem with a delivery which is not at all my fault. They send me the refund when I specifically told them to send it to me again cause I really want the bag. When I go back to the website to reorder it again, the item is already gone. This is bullshit, terrible customer service.

I have selected poor due to your chosen delivery partner DPD. They twice failed to deliver my order at the scheduled time slots (Saturday & Sunday), despite the fact they have been to my house over a dozen times and there are detailed instructions on their system of how to find my house (I have their app). Incredibly unhelpful when speaking to DPD customer service. Basically told me I wasn't their customer, I was a Flannels customer, so take it up with them and proceeded to hang up on me.

Ordered Paul Smith purse as a present. Arrived without box or dust bag which you normally get with such items. Emailed asking why and no response. Due to this will not use Flannels again.

Ordered a very expensive item , they find it acceptable to deliver by throwing it into a garden that is unlocked and insecure and this time we have been so unfortunate that the item has been taken before my return home! Missing item £600 down and the customer service is horrendous - still awaiting a resolve!!!!!!! Gutted, furious and highly upset by the whole dealings with this company.

Terrible customer service, for a company of Flannels reputation I did not expect the service I was given. I ordered next day delivery due to a holiday well in advance of any cut off period of any reputable next day service! To be delayed 2 days at which time I MYSELF had to advise Flannels CS that my parcel had not even been processed! It then took a further 36hrs for a reply from CS stating that the depot was having difficulties over the past week or so! Why was I not advised prior to my order being placed or at the time that the next day delivery was not going to be met! Yet I had to make contact in order to get resolution! When resolution was given I was advised via an automated email that it would take 48hrs to get the parcel to me, only then 30mins later to have a second email from CS stating that the parcel would be delivered next day but I could cancel and it would not leave the depot if I did not want the items any further (due to my holiday and delivery date missed I cancelled). Following this I then get an email 12hrs later stating the parcel was on route meaning the CS Agent clearly didn’t do what he said he would and that I would have to now refuse delivery at the door and await the parcel to track all the way bay through the system back to Flannels in order to get my refund! The whole process was flawed and I was constantly let down by a company I will never do business with again! Standard high street stores have a better service that Flannels and I will not be recommending Flannels as a high street store or online service going forward!

Purchased a Ralph Lauren jumper and it is a FAKE! An awful fake at that! Pony has 5 legs and a beard and stitching/labels look like they were sewn by a 4yr old.Flannels not intrested either as they haven't yet responded after 5 days.AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
