Dirty shoes, I can not believe I bought a pair of “brand new” shoes from flannels, but I received a dirty pair.

Received my item, 1 shoe was covered in dirt and looked at if been worn for weeks then returned! Do staff not check returned before refunding money?! Bought items for a birthday present now have to wait till I’m refunded As they don’t have any left in stock

Still waiting for my refund...as my item paul and shark half zip was out off stock but you still took the money,it’s now been over a week and still not in my bank.

Been emailing customer service to try to locate my parcel but am yet to do so. Starting to get impatient with this matter and would like it resolved or a replacement sent as soon as possible.

I chose next day delivery and it arrived two days later and I don’t expect to pay delivery when I’m spending £200 it’s absolutely ridiculous, the product is good as I expected but the delivery is a joke so I will probably use another website for my next expensive purchases, how stupid as they are already making enough money

I did not get my delivery. The driver delivered it to the wrong address and I didn’t even get a refund.

To say Flannels is for luxury brands and sells amazing designer clothes, they don’t gift wrap their items or even make them look nice when delivered or bought. The products i have got are always damaged and just in clear plastic bags which to me is not good enough considering i’m paying £7 for postage as it is and the expense of the gift is extremely ridiculous

Loved the top and how quick it came . Terrible after service ! Couldn't get anyone to answer phone in shirebrook store rang all day . Got through straight away Meadowhall and I asked if could bring internet items to store to exchange for something different . I was told yes could , I asked again if this was defiantly the case as they didn't seem sure and they said yes ! On visiting the store 12 miles away we were told this was not the case . Need to urgently review training on returns as this caused extra cost in petrol and inconvenience with a two week old bsby in tow . Premium brand with primark customer service . Real shame as has put me off using yourself as the rest of service was amazing . Could not recommend flsnnels to anyone because of this .

Really expensive delivery and poor returns service, charging the customer so much for delivery and not having free returns is really outdated in online shopping sites now.

Incorrect size and also not very pleasant at the store overall bad experience ended up donating the item of clothing to charity as it was only a little amount of money?

It was first and last time shopping from you I bought a shoes it had lots of scratch and we have to pay for delivery and refund I’m not happy at all.

Ordered a coat, still waiting over a week later. The coat has been lost by Dpd, had to wait 5 days for them to investigate, then upto another 5 days for the money to be returned. Poor customer service

Terrible material so cheap and thin advertised as a sweatshirt turned out to be a t shirt I wouldn’t recommend stone Island to anybody waste off time and money
