Really bad service ordered DKNY items the website did not state if they was 30/32R only showed 30/32 when called the helpline the staff member told me that I should know all items are R unless it shows. First time user bad experience and service.

Customer services refuse to forward complaints to any internal composing department and also failed to provide reasonable explanation for poor satisfactory quality of shoes provided.

Terrible the bottom was coming off my top Wasn’t packed right at all would never order online again waiting for my refund also had to pay £10 to send parcel back

I received the bag on Tuesday but the bag does not appear to be brand new; the leather on the flap by the corner is gone. I contact the customer service immediately, the customer service on the phone was AWFUL......I didn’t even get an apology. I have previously ordered a number of bags from flannels. I’m a regular customer but every time the flannels packaging was really really bad. I pay a lot of money for the items, every time the item is not in perfect condition, but I still kept the items. This time, the leather on the bag has completely gone. I can’t believe it, I pay a lot of money for the luxury bag and flannels didn’t check the item before shipping. Everyone in flannels should see the damage on the bag, but flannels didn’t ask me if I still want to receive a faulty bag. I will never ever shop in flannels again.

Shorts was to small but I couldn’t return them to the store.had to buy them from them and wait for the refund which is still pending 5 days after.Stupid policy if you ask me oh and can’t get next day to store so had to waste £10

Not happy with the service I got paid for next day delivery and it came a week and 1 day later did not get no email about any delays or what was going on I had to chase them up myself. Very unhappy with the level of service I got and expected better.

I have used Flannels for years and there service and items have been great. But for the 1st time in October 2018 I have had 2 items missing from my order. I’m still awaiting a response after 8 days. My order was £3179.00 in total and still no response to my complaint, shocking. Totally unacceptable and poor customer aftercare!

If I cloud I wouldn give no stars to this store because of this so called manager Nas or whatever was he’s name which apparently wouldn’t give because of data protection (😂)! He is a bully and a rude piece of work!!! I didn’t feel so bad in any other store even had the nerv to say would kick me out of the store because I was asking explanations about an item which I bought for there only 3 weeks ago and after a wash turn so bad couldn’t be worn! I’ve made a formal complaint with the company because such a big brand can’t have scumbags working in there! Very disappointing Flannels birmingham temple street

Not sure why Ive been asked to give a review as I didn’t receive my order. Order was supposed to be delivered on Monday 15th October emailed dpd twice as still had no estimated time of delivery on Tuesday 16th. Was in hold for over half an hour so couldn’t wait any longer due to being at work. Finally got through on the Wednesday morning to be told my parcel had been lost and I had to contact flannels for them to start investigation. Absolutely gutted as it was for sons birthday present on this day! When I finally got through to flannels 2 emails and half hour later said I will get a refund within 10 days no good to me as son now has no birthday present as I can’t afford to replace a stone island tracksuit till I get paid at end of month or get my refund. Customer services didn’t seem to care at flannels won’t be ordering again

Delivery was late, which meant I could not use the suit on the date intended & is why it is being returned.

Sent me a mens size 6- emailed customer service no response as yet! Cost me £6.50 on top of high delivery fees to exchange...still nothing? So no trainers no money....AWFUL

Items arrived damaged with no badge, missing button and security tag still on.. item was dirty and had clearly been worn.. very poor customer service will not be purchasing from flannels again

Ordered tracksuit cost £9.99 it didn’t fit so I had to send it back which it cost £11.95 absolutely fuming. So in total coast me £21.96 and still haven’t got anything for it. Absolute disgrace!!! Never gonna shop here again if it doesn’t change 👎

Ordered item on 10th October 2018, it is now 17th October 2018 and my parcel has not been delivered. DPD have stated they are unsure as to where the parcel is. Terrible service

Returns policy is not ideal. Having already paid £7 delivery and needing to return and order I could not do this in store, so cost an extra £5 to send back. I would not recommend ordering off line at all.
