I order shoes almost every months because I get good price offer apart from that, every item I received has poor/damage item and packaging. I receive an order with the previous buyer invoice inside the box, that is, it was bought and returned and resold back to me. This is highly poor service compare to other retailers and I can see no improvement has been made.

Ordered 18/09/18...never received order. Two items were cancelled beginning of November! One item was posted out. The two other items were cancelled off the order as they were not scheduled for delivery until the 26/12/18!! Please see original order date. As of yet, I am still waiting for my refund, emails ignored. I'm convinced the customer service number is a farce as the call instructs you no one is available immediately and the call is ended. This has been ongoing since mid October. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT REFUND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, ONLY CREDIT NOTES ARE GIVEN AS ABOVE REFUSE TO REFUND MONEY SPENT ON ITEMS NEVER RECEIVED. THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS AND AFFILIATED WITH SPORTS DIRECT, AVOID AVOID AVOID

So, let me start by saying that I have used Flannels online store many times in the past and have spent a lot of money with them & until now I didn't have any problems. But the reason I've rated them very poor is because of my recent purchase ! My purchase was delivered on time and all was good until I discovered that a security tag had been left on the item. I called customer services to talk about my options & this is where things started to go very wrong in my opinion. I explained that I had just paid £1169.00 + £9.99 delivery charge and was unable to use the item, that I had bought to wear this coming weekend. I was then told that my options were (A) Return the item to them to have the security tag removed, which would have involved me posting the the £1169.00 item at my own risk ! When I enquired how long this process would take, the customer services rep didn't know how long & couldn't give me a timescale. I explained my concerns as to posting the item back to them and she came up with option (B) They could arrange a pick up from my house. I thought not great but at least it would be safe, so enquired a little further only to be told that she couldn't give me an exact time & I would have to be in all day, which would mean taking a day off work. I asked if they could bring a replacement item & do a switch at the door and was told no as there wasn't anymore in stock, but when I looked online after the call, there was still 3 in stock in the size I needed. Then came the jewel in the crown, option (C), where I was told to take the jacket to my nearest store & they could remove the tag for me ! Now bare in mind that the reason why I shopped online was so that I didn't have to go to a store. Still, I enquired as to where my nearest store was and asked if they could definitely remove the tag as not every store uses the same security tags ! I was told Lakeside & that they could definitely remove the tag & that if I took this option she would refund my £9.99 delivery charge ! I then explained that Lakeside would be about a 2 hour, 60 mile round trip, that would cost me £5.00 in toll charges & probably about £10.00 in fuel. Her reply .............. that's all I can offer. I asked if she understood that I would actually be out of pocket & inconvenienced, to which she replied ................ that's all I can offer. At this point I decided to tell her that I would be returning the item for a refund. After calming down & thought, that I would try option (C) as I did really like the item except for the customised security tag on the side. So, off I went to the store, only to be told that they don't use those security tags there & could't remove it for me. What I will say is that the staff in the Lakeside store were very nice and not at all rude like the customer services rep. As you can imagine I was extremely happy that I used flannels online service & would highly recommend that other people use it, if you like to spend your hard earned money, only to be treated extremely poorly when things go wrong due to no fault of your own. This whole experience will unfortunately stop me using flannels online service ever again & I am in the process of returning the item for a refund. Rant over !

The item looked very different in real life and the quality was very disappointing. Bearing in mind that I was charged for the delivery and will have to pay p & p to return it, I am not a happy customer and would not buy online again.

Items arrived unboxed or packaged, I spend quite a lot of money in your store and I was really disappointed with these purchases

Disgusting customer services, i e-mailwd this company over a week ago and stiil await a reply, charging full price for a top i ordered which was actually less than half price in the Sale obviously going back for a refund.

Really disappointed that you have to pay for delivery , then the parcel was a day or so late , no notifications to say it had arrived at the collection point ! Then upon receiving it , wasnt quite me I had to return it at my cost of nearly £9 , so all in all it’s cost me near enough £15 to try a jacket on !!! It’s not like this with other online retailers I buy of , most of it is free . Collect plus etc !! So not happy at all !!

Wasn’t very happy I didn’t realise you couldn’t get a full refund for sale items I bought a t shirt in the sale for my partner and it didn’t fit now we’re stuck with a T-shirt that can’t be worn!

I brought 2 Canada goose coats for £1500 I would of thought that they would of come in a suit bag instead of a tiny bag they was all created up in

Awful. Ordered an item for nxt day delivery & it didnt come at all. Then they told me it was damaged in the post! Jokers. Will not be using them again

Item arrived at store I picked it up got gone when I opened the sealed bag .. One lovely Gucci trainer box with no trainers inside ... after 2 emails an 3 calls to Flannals been told it’s under investigation so no trainers for my sons Birthday an £205 down thanks Flannals

£180 for a pair of boots, no free delivery. £6.99 for 3-5 days. £9.99 for next day! Why wouldn’t you? So I go through and buy them. What a surprise paid Sports Direct! Boots don’t fit, no free returns! Mike Ashleigh at his finest.

Ordered £599 worth of goods and they turned up looking like someone Had tried them All on !! One item is missing and I’m still without it a week after paying next day delivery for it !! Iv sent the rest of the order back and I’ll never be ordering from flannels again !! Absolutely furious
