Bought a Valentino bag for £830, the packaging was shocking no box to support the bag and nothing inside the bag to support the shape. Arrived all squished up. Will never buy from here again.

Paying £6 for delivery then having to pay £11 for returns when there is a store nearby that I could return to..... The service in store is poor. When you are spending on high price items I expect good service. I’ll stick to Harvey Nichols and other retailers in future.

Had to return part of my parcel , I had to pay to collect from the store £6.99 then it cost me £11 to return the parcel instead of being able to return back to the Flannels store I picked it up from, very bad for such a high end retailer

I recently purchased a hoodie online, unfortunately it’s too big, I went to my local store to exchange it but they had no stock in a size 14, that was on 4 different items, after that I asked for a refund, they advised that I could only have a credit note or exchange, I opted to take the item back home, I have not experienced this with any other online stores Selfridges&Co etc, found the staff and service very un satisfactory will not be purchasing again from flannels.

Order was misdelivered, not Flannels fault, however updates have been minimal and no rectification has been offered.

Unacceptable reruns policy. Running around for days trying to return an item to be told I cannot have a refund. Tried to then return it online and they’re now out of stock, ordered them two weeks ago, three weeks early for my partners birthday and now he cannot have his present on time as the service is so slow. Beyond annoyed and frustrated.

Paid delivery fee for a 1000 pounds Canada Goose Jacket, which all the other online shopping website I can get free delivery. Paid 6.99 for delivery, but still shocked by the packing, for an expensive purchase, I'm expecting nice package with return label inside (like all the other website do), but nothing just a black plastic bag with no extra padding or papers, just CG dust bag outside the parka. Then I decided to return it, there is only a piece of paper of return address, I have to pay another 12 pounds at Royal Mail to send it back. Not happy with the shopping experience at all. Especially when they call themselves as luxury online shopping, but even I bought a phone case online, I can get nicer packing with a thank you card and free return label.

Made an order over 2 weeks ago and didn't get delivered, emailed them about 4-5 times only had one response that basically just said we hope you have found your parcel. Have had no responses to other emails, couldn't find a phone number for customer services

Extremely disappointed with Flannels online. I placed an order 31.10.18 to find out 15.11.18 it has been lost with the courier. I spent nearly £400 on this order and now they tell me only 2 items are in stock. These were Christmas presents for my sons and I am extremely dissatisfied that this has happened. Jeans didn't fit . Advertised as slim fit but very baggy. Also cost ne £4.50 to return and lost £6.99 shipping charge so all in all I'm out of pocket by over £11 . Terrible service

I'm in the US and this order is taking entirely too long to get to me it's been almost 2 weeks. Flannels needs to use a faster shipping service

Terrible. It cost me £15 for postage and the item was huge when it arrive. I was very disappointed I have shopped in flannels many times and always had a nice experience in the store. But to pay £15 when it wasn’t my fault is diabolical. I won’t be returning to the store ever again

One of the items I received had lost its button and was unwearable. I have waited more than a week for a returns label as I have refused to return a faulty item at my own expense. It was a massive waste of my time and effort.

Terrible , product was not in packaging when delivered to my house. Waited more then 4 days for an investigation to then be told there supervisor had packed it. Leaving me with no product and a lot of money missing. Advised to take up claim through small claims would avoid at all cost. Was a regular flannels buyer but never again

Shocking service! Ordered online and was meant to receive the parcel last Monday 5th! Over a week later I am still waiting, not one person knows where the parcel is and noone seems to want to help! Yet the money has been taken from my account without any parcel arriving! Customer service just keep fobbing me off and are not helping at all! I would not recommend this service at all!
